Life can feel overwhelming—balancing work, family, school, or relationships can leave you stressed, anxious, or second-guessing yourself. You may be seeking practical strategies, clarity, and confidence to navigate challenges effectively while maintaining balance and control. My goal is to help you make meaningful, sustainable changes while building confidence and resilience. When appropriate, humor is part of the process—it can make difficult conversations easier.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session with me, you can expect a caring, casual conversation where we get to know each other, explore what brings you in, and maybe even share a laugh or two as we ease into the work. We’ll talk about what therapy can look like, what you hope to get out of it, and how we can team up to make the process feel comfortable, human, and grounded. Think of it as a relaxed introduction with a purpose: you show up as you are, I show up as myself, and together we sketch out a roadmap for where you’d like to go.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I also provide life coaching for clarity, focus, and goal achievement, and clinical supervision for social workers to support growth and professional development. If you’re ready to invest in yourself, reach out by phone or email for a brief consultation to see if we’re a good fit.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with adults, college students, parents, and professionals managing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, and life transitions. With nearly 30 years of experience, I provide a collaborative, results-oriented approach grounded in cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and insight-oriented therapy.
