New to Grow
I am a compassionate and experienced therapist dedicated to helping clients navigate life's challenges with clarity and resilience. I work with individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma and life transitions using evidence-based approaches tailored to each person's needs. M goal is to empower clients to gain insight, build practical skills, and make meaningful changes, creating lasting improvements in their well-being and relationships.
In your first session with me, we'll focus on getting to know each other so I can get a better understanding of what brought you to therapy. I'll ask about your concerns, goals, and past experiences, and we'll discuss what you hope to achieve in therapy. Together, we'll start to explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns, and I'll explain how we can work collaboratively using strategies tailored to your needs. My goals is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to take the first steps toward positive change.
What makes my approach unique is that I help clients not just understand their thoughts and behaviors, but really get in touch with their emotion in a way that feels safe and manageable. I mix tools from CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, but always in a way that's practical and grounded in real life. My clients often notice they're better at handling touch emotions, communicating more clearly, and making choices that actually feel true to who they are.
I am best suited to work with clients who are motivated to gain insight into their thought, emotions, and behaviors and are open to actively engaging in the therapeutic process. I work with individuals and couples who may be struggling with ongoing issues and are seeking practical strategies and emotional support to make meaningful changes. My ideal clients are ready to explore their mindset, develop healthier coping skills, and work toward therapy goals such as improving emotional regulation, building stronger relationships, and creating a more fulfilling life.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a core part of my practice to help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. I work collaboratively with clients to identify unhelpful patterns, gently challenge them, and develop practical strategies for change. My approach emphasizes self-awareness, empowerment, and actionable skills, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.
I have experience using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build psychological flexibility and live in alignment with their values. In my practice, I guide clients in accepting difficult emotions, and taking committed actin toward meaningful goals, supporting growth, resilience, and well-being.
I incorporate Motivational Interviewing (MI) into my practice to help client explore their ambivalence and connect with their own reasons for change. I focus on building a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered, while guiding them to take meaningful steps towards their goals. My approach emphasizes empathy, self-discovery , and practical support for lasting behavioral change.
