Hello and welcome! I'm Tony and thank you for trusting me with your mental health! Are you struggling with the balance of daily life stressors of family, work and/or school? Are you not engaging in activities that once brought you joy? If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions, I am here to help! I help clients struggling with anger, aggressive behaviors, drug addiction, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss, trauma, school stress and many other adjustment-related struggles. Over the past 10 years, I have worked with all ages in the community, outpatient, inpatient and residential treatment settings. Let's work together to develop emotional regulation techniques, healthy coping skills and positive thinking habits!
In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions, then dive into specific goals you would like to achieve from therapy. This will help me create a plan for us to work through in future sessions.
Aside from being extremely knowledgeable, my patience and understanding help clients open up. I am also dually licensed specializing in substance use/abuse. Throughout the years, I have also specialized in men's mental health.
