Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in New Jersey. I have been practicing for 10 years. I help my clients with mental, emotional and psychological challenges. I create a safe non judgemental and therapeutic space where my clients can feel safe to exlpore and express their feelings, thoughts and concerns comfortably. I will make use of different techniques with the ultimate goal of empowering my clients and helping them to improve by making positive changes, and acheive the personal growth.
We will start to get aquianted with a brief introduction to establish trust and build rapport. Then I will begin the assessment phase by asking background history questions to help me with the intake process, as well as to explore your feelings. You can also ask me questions or express any concerns as we do this, or at any other time, We will then do the goal setting and treatment plan together to fit your unique needs.
I am empathethic, a good listener and I have developed an ability to adapt to the individual needs of my clients through these 9 years of practicing and working with diverse clients.
I am best positioned to serve a diverse range of clients seeking support and guidance. I tailor my approch to fit the unique needs of my clients.

ACT can be used to alleviate suffering by enhancing psychological flexibility.
CPP enhances caregiver and child relationship by strenghtening the attachment between parent and child, and focus on improving emotional and behavioral regulation. The parents become skilled in helping their child self regulate and the child build competency mentally and behaviorally.
I intergrate traditional talk therapy, CBT and other similar techniques with biblical concepts, Christian psychology and practical Christian Counseling.
I integrate play therapy into my practice to create a safe space where clients can express themselves and explore their inner world through the natural language of play. In my practce, I faciltate healing, growth and emotional exploration through play.
