I'm a fully License Professional Counselor with a specialty in addiction counseling with over 10 years of experience working with many populations. I have worked with clients with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues, treating clients that struggling with depression, anxiety, and stress management and beyond. I support and welcome questions from prospective clients to evaluate their needs and explore whether we are a good match for the work of therapy.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I provide DBT skills training in video and in-person formats, teaching core skills in Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Clients learn practical strategies to regulate emotions, improve relationships, and reduce impulsive behaviors while building a life grounded in both acceptance and change.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I help clients use practical CBT tools—including thought diaries, mood tracking, guided exercises like “catch it, check it, change it,” and psychoeducation—to better manage anxiety, depression, and negative thought patterns.
