I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, manage anxiety and stress, strengthen relationships, and build confidence. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

You deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported in your journey toward growth and healing. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to navigate life with greater confidence.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. Together, we will work toward greater emotional well-being, healthier coping strategies, and a more fulfilling life.

First session

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can share your concerns at your own pace. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, the challenges you are experiencing, and what you hope to achieve. I will take time to understand your unique experiences, strengths, and needs while answering any questions you may have about the therapeutic process. Together, we will begin identifying meaningful goals and exploring practical strategies to support your emotional well-being. You do not need to have all the answers or know where to start. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the steps we can take together toward positive change.

Strengths

I bring empathy, patience, active listening, and a nonjudgmental approach to every session. I strive to understand each client’s unique experiences and meet them where they are, recognizing that healing and growth look different for everyone. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, helping clients recognize their resilience while developing practical tools to manage challenges and create meaningful change. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and genuine understanding is the foundation for successful therapy. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable being themselves, gain a deeper understanding of their emotions and patterns, and feel empowered to move forward with confidence.

Ideal clients

My ideal clients are individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, or difficulties managing overwhelming emotions. I also enjoy supporting neurodivergent individuals, including autistic clients, as they navigate emotional regulation, social relationships, daily challenges, and self-understanding. I strive to create an inclusive, affirming, and supportive space where each person feels accepted and understood for who they are. Whether you are seeking clarity, building coping skills, navigating life changes, or hoping to strengthen your confidence and relationships, I will work collaboratively with you to recognize your strengths, address challenges, and achieve meaningful personal growth at your own pace.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns, explore alternative perspectives, and develop practical strategies to manage anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and everyday challenges. I incorporate techniques such as cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and problem-solving to help clients build healthier coping skills and make meaningful changes. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s individual needs, goals, and pace, empowering them to apply what they learn in therapy to their daily lives.

Motivational Interviewing

I use Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients explore their feelings about change, identify personal goals, and strengthen their motivation to move forward. Through empathy, active listening, and open-ended questions, I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore ambivalence, recognize their strengths, and identify what matters most to them. Rather than telling clients what they should do, I collaborate with them to uncover their own reasons for change and develop realistic, achievable steps toward their goals. My approach respects each client’s autonomy and readiness for change while helping them build confidence and take meaningful steps toward improved emotional well-being.

Strength-Based

I use a strengths-based approach to help clients recognize and build upon their existing abilities, resources, and resilience. Together, we identify personal strengths, past successes, and supportive relationships that can help them navigate challenges and achieve their goals. Rather than focusing solely on problems, I encourage clients to recognize their potential, develop self-confidence, and use their strengths to create meaningful change. I tailor this approach to each client’s unique experiences and needs, empowering them to overcome obstacles, develop effective coping strategies, and feel more confident in their ability to manage life’s challenges.
