Cintia Roguin
I provide holistic, trauma-informed mental health care that integrates mind, body, and spirit to support growth and healing. Fluent in both Spanish and English, I am committed to culturally responsive care and I have extensive experience supporting adults, teens, and families navigating life transitions, emotional stress, identity challenges, and trauma. I am an advanced trainer in the Nurtured Heart approach. My approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-informed practice, and empowering clients to build resilience and meaningful changes. I provide in person and virtual sessions n the state of New Jersey, and virtual sessions in the state of Florida. My practice goal is creating a warm, comfortable, non-judgmental space where you can safely express yourself, feel validated, and explore growth at your own pace.
First session
After our first session, I hope clients leave feeling heard, relieved, and with a clearer sense of direction. I want them to feel safe and comfortable, hopeful that things can get better, and more understanding of what they are experiencing.
Strengths
As a therapist, I want you to feel that you can come as you are. You don't have to have everything figured out, and you don't have to navigate difficult moments alone. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you work through whatever brings you to therapy. For me, therapy is about connection, trust, and creating space for people to grow.

My ideal clients are individuals and families navigating life challenges who want a collaborative and compassionate space where they can feel understood and supported. They want to develop practical tools, understand themselves better and build healthier ways of coping. Often they are juggling stress from relationships, work, family roles or life transitions. They value a space that feels safe and nonjudgemental.
