I am a mental health worker that helps people understand who they are by experiencing intimate emotions, patterns of thinking, and behaviors. I help people strengthen their positive attributes, allowing them reach their potential. I also assist people in removing negative feedback patterns that are created by trauma and unsupported experiences. Together, we can realign your patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
During our first session, I help clients find positive resources and orient them to safety.
I join clients by providing a positive resource and exploring both sides of experiences.
I can best serve individuals that are seeking secure attachments in their life. This can include attachments to their self, their career goals, or deeper intimacy with romantic partners. I also specialize in treating and resolving symptoms of trauma. I have helped students, employees, partners, and parents. I also treat people with chronic medical issues and illness, and help them be at home in their body.
Somatic
Somatic Experiencing regulates the nervous system, completes protective trauma responses, and gives clients an objective view of their lives.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive therapy gives clients the ability to identify and challenge patterns of thinking. It also allows people the opportunity to reframe negative thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
