Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical social worker based in New Jersey. I've been working in the mental health field for almost a decade. I received my masters in Social Work from Rutgers University. I help safe r Black women struggling with career stress, burnout and self esteem to heal, love and thrive building upon their strengths while integrating their culture, and background.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me to create a tailored plan for us to work through our follow up sessions.

Having work with clients that have been impacted by trauma, and struggling with life transitions for almost 10 years; I have a unique to connect with client showing up authentically myself which create safe room for them to do so without judgment.

I love working with adults Black women who are navigating different life stressors and transitions. My clients often feel overwhelmed with these changes without the coping skills to cope effectively. I provide trauma informed therapy supporting clients that are open and ready to process their trauma, identify ways it is impacting them, and learning the skills to reduce trauma symptoms.
