Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me to create a tailored plan for us to work through our follow up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having work with clients that have been impacted by trauma, and struggling with life transitions for almost 10 years; I have a unique to connect with client showing up authentically myself which create safe room for them to do so without judgment.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with adults Black women who are navigating different life stressors and transitions. My clients often feel overwhelmed with these changes without the coping skills to cope effectively. I provide trauma informed therapy supporting clients that are open and ready to process their trauma, identify ways it is impacting them, and learning the skills to reduce trauma symptoms.
