Hi, I’m Nancy, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in supporting moms of babies and toddlers. I know how overwhelming and isolating this stage of life can feel, and I’m here to help you navigate the ups and downs with confidence and self-compassion. Through a warm, conversational approach grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, I provide a space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, guilt, or just feeling like you’ve lost yourself in motherhood, we’ll work together to help you find balance and joy. You don’t have to do this alone—I’d love to support you on your journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, my goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing your story. We’ll start by discussing what brought you to therapy, what challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, emotions, and any patterns that may be impacting your well-being. This is also a time for you to ask any questions and get a sense of my approach. You don’t need to prepare anything—just come as you are. My focus is on making you feel heard, understood, and supported as we begin this journey together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a provider, my greatest strengths are my ability to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where moms feel truly heard and understood. I blend compassion with practical, evidence-based strategies, helping clients not only process their emotions but also develop tools to navigate the challenges of early motherhood. My background in cognitive behavioral therapy allows me to help moms reframe unhelpful thoughts, manage anxiety, and build confidence in themselves. Most importantly, I meet my clients where they are, offering support that is both validating and empowering. My goal is to help moms feel less alone and more in control of their mental and emotional well-being.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I specialize in working with moms of babies and toddlers who are navigating the emotional challenges of early motherhood. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety or self-doubt, or just trying to adjust to the ever-changing demands of parenting, I provide a supportive and judgment-free space to help you process your emotions and build confidence. My clients are often high-achieving women who love their children deeply but also feel the weight of unrealistic expectations, mom guilt, or the loss of their own identity. If you’re looking for practical strategies, emotional support, and a therapist who truly understands the complexities of this stage of life, I’m here to help.
