My name is Dr. Sharon Green, and I have worked in behavioral health for over 15 years. I have worked with diverse populations in multiple settings and served children, adolescents, young adults and older adults. Therapeutic services are delivered professionally and based on ethical principles.

Through ongoing and consistent support, this counseling approach encourages you to develop therapeutic skills based on your life story. This is a positive form of psychotherapy helps deconstruct and rewrite your own story in a meaningful way.
Grief Therapy
At some point in our lives, we may experience loss from family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, a loved one, employment or housing. This form of psychotherapy fosters healing and recovery. Grief reactions can range from mild to extreme mourning with the inability to regulate emotions. We can explore ways to move through various states of grief.
Trauma-Focused CBT
My primary specialty is trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy that is evidenced-based. We examine root causes of distress that is fostered in a safe and supportive environment. Consistency and commitment cultivate empowerment, healing and resilience. informed therapy.
