Rachael McInnes
I have moved through the process of growing my practice from working with children impacted by trauma, to young adults seeking support in navigating the variety of life stressors, and more recently seeking to work along side clients working through post traumatic growth. Through a faith based perspective I believe clients can find the hope and strength to build healthy coping skills, overcome challenges, set backs, and trauma.
