As your therapist, it’s my job to help you make positive, lasting change. This might feel easier said than done, but together, we’ll break down transformation into small steps. My approach emphasizes your nervous system and taking things at your pace. I’m here for your big emotions and your tiniest realizations. Through it all, I want you to feel supported and encouraged as you expand beyond self-imposed limits and into your true self. I obtained my Masters degree from Millersville University and have been in the mental health field for 20 years. I'm licensed in PA, MD, OH, NJ, FL, ID and SC.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My treatment methods

EMDR

EMDR is an effective trauma treatment that helps reduce the emotional intensity of distressing memories, anxiety, and depression. Using bilateral stimulation, it supports the brain’s natural ability to process and heal from traumatic experiences in a safe, structured way.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I use a parts-based approach to help clients understand and compassionately work with their inner world, supporting deeper healing and self-awareness.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use ACT to help clients build mindfulness and acceptance around their thoughts and feelings, using tools like meditation, cognitive defusion, and values exploration.

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a powerful therapy that uses eye positions to access and release deep emotional pain, helping treat trauma, anxiety, depression, and performance issues in a safe, supportive space.

Integrative

I take a holistic, integrative approach to therapy, using a variety of modalities to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs. This allows me to address the full range of human experience—thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and physical sensations.
