In that case, I am here to help journey with you through the process. I focus on helping people through grief, loss, crisis, and change, as well as releasing themselves from the lingering effects of formative adverse life experiences. Addressing areas of depleted energy and overwhelm is essential for discovering ways to reclaim balance, serenity, and restoration. With compassion and clinical skills, we can seek to grow through and overcome the struggles and challenges of life together!
In our first session, we will clarify the focus you want to pursue in counseling; after getting contextual information, we will prioritize the goals you have for yourself in making progress forward.
