I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience providing psychotherapy to adults from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. I am also a U.S. Army Combat Veteran, and my professional experience includes serving in the Veterans Health Administration, where I supported Veterans navigating mental health concerns, life transitions, relationships, housing instability, and other complex challenges. My experiences as both a clinician and Veteran have strengthened my appreciation for resilience, identity, service, and the many ways our experiences shape how we understand ourselves and relate to others.
I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work with an academic focus on Critical Race Theory and Intersectionality. This training informs my commitment to culturally responsive care and helps me recognize how identity, family, relationships, culture, socioeconomic circumstances, and broader systems can influence mental health and well-being. I approach these conversations with cultural humility, curiosity, and respect for each client’s individual experience.
My therapeutic style is person-centered, collaborative, and solution-focused. I believe clients are experts on their own lives, and therapy should provide a supportive space to understand patterns better, identify barriers, build on existing strengths, and develop practical strategies for meaningful change. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with each client to establish realistic short- and long-term goals that reflect their individual needs, values, and priorities.
My goal is to help clients gain greater insight while also developing tools they can apply outside of therapy. Together, we work toward creating meaningful, sustainable change that supports greater resilience, healthier relationships, improved emotional well-being, and a life that feels more aligned with who they are and where they want to go.

Hi, I’m Beverly and I began seeing psychotherapy clients in January, 1999. I have long term, varied experience providing therapy in multiple settings, including private practice, online platforms, Kaiser Permanente department of psychiatry, outpatient clinics, Hospice, inpatient medical detox, and various school and university settings. I am also a Chopra certified meditation instructor.
Currently, I work primarily with high functioning, high insight adult individuals in private practice, focusing on women’s issues, healthy relationship dynamics and skills, mind/body healing, and personal development and empowerment.
I take an individually focused approach, created in partnership with each client, utilizing creativity, often image/metaphor, symbolic dream work and integrated somatic focus. I love to share the gifts gained as a Chopra instructor as well, to those interested in utilizing meditation. My aim is to create a safe, supportive, understanding space and for you to consistently leave feeling significantly better!
I’m Dr. Andy Davis, a licensed psychologist with 18 years of experience in the mental health field. Thirteen of those years were spent serving in the U.S. Air Force, where I had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
My clinical focus includes depression, anxiety, PTSD, stress, grief, personality disorders, LGBTQ+ issues, and concerns related to sex and pornography addiction. As a sex-positive therapist, I provide a safe and affirming environment for clients to explore sensitive areas of their lives without fear of judgment.
My therapeutic style is both solutions-focused and rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I believe therapy should be proactive and goal-driven, helping clients not only gain insight but also develop strategies for change. Clients often describe me as direct and honest, while also compassionate and collaborative—I strive to give practical feedback and advice that can be applied both in and outside of sessions.
I especially enjoy working with veterans, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and young adults. These groups often face unique challenges, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside them as they navigate life’s complexities.
In addition to my clinical work, I have an extensive background in clinical research. While serving in the Air Force, I conducted sleep studies and developed modern treatment approaches for PTSD and traumatic brain injuries. This research continues to inform my practice, and I place strong emphasis on developing healthy routines, quality sleep schedules, and consistent self-care as foundations for mental health. I often work with clients to build structure into daily life, recognizing these habits play a powerful role in resilience and long-term well-being.
Above all, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to face challenges, discover new perspectives, and build lasting resilience.
Grow Therapy Badges: “Thriver,” “Top Provider,” “Often Rebooked” (Top 0.25% in Quality of Care)
I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience to my work as a therapist. Living with a Bipolar I diagnosis has given me firsthand insight into the challenges of navigating mental health systems, stigma, and the ways these experiences can affect identity, relationships, and everyday life. This perspective allows me to meet each client with empathy, genuine curiosity, and respect for the meaning they make of their experiences. I am a shamanic clinician, which has been largely shaped and inspired by experiences with what’s often referred to as mania or psychosis.
Perception is central to my therapeutic approach. Our histories, emotions, environments, and nervous-system states can all influence what we notice, how we interpret events, and how we respond. By exploring these patterns without judgment, I help clients expand their awareness, consider new perspectives, and develop greater choice in how they relate to themselves and the world around them.
My professional experience includes psychiatric residential treatment, addiction medicine, youth detention, and private practice. I integrate somatic and sensory-based approaches (including brainspotting, meditation, drumming, sound therapy, aromatherapy, guided visualization, and shamanic-inspired practices) to support emotional processing and nervous-system regulation. I also emphasize nature, nutrition, sleep hygiene, and other foundations of whole-person wellness.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that something isn't OK right now. That something might be new, or it might have been around a long time. You might be able to describe it perfectly, or you might just feel off without knowing why. Either way — you're here, and that's the only thing that matters right now.
I start from wherever you are. No assumptions, no judgments, no one-size-fits-all approach. Just a genuine desire to understand you — what's brought you here, what you're carrying, and what you're hoping for.
Therapy with me — whether you're coming alone or with a partner — tends to be honest and occasionally even a little lighthearted. The human experience isn't black and white, and neither is the work we'll do together. What stays consistent is that you'll have a space that belongs to you, where nothing you say or feel changes how I show up for you.
For couples, that space belongs to both of you equally. I don't take sides. What I do is help you see the pattern you're both caught in — because most of the time it's the cycle doing the damage, not each other. When that shifts, something else becomes possible.
No matter what it is you are navigating — depression, relationships, identity, or the gap between how you show up and how you actually feel inside — you don't have to have it figured out to reach out.
I started helping those who are seeking to up-level their experiences and shine as their true and authentic selves in 2019. My journey first started in residential treatment facilities where I held space for those in early recovery from substance use disorders. This population ranged from men's only, women's only and LGBTQ+ Many of these individuals also struggled with anxiety, depression, trauma and eating disorders. I have also had the opportunity to work with adolescents at risk of sex trafficking. This work is extremely rewarding as the clients are at an age where they are most influential and willing.
I am a deeply spiritual person and practice in the study of yoga and meditation and participate in somatic healings such as Kundalini Light Intergration (KALI) and breathworks. I am also a level two Reiki practitioner (training to become a master) and a certified personal trainer. When I am not holding space for healing, I enjoy being in the outdoors, surfing, climbing, reading and cooking nutritious and fun to eat meals. I hope to continue the journey of providing a safe space for individuals where healing can occur for years to come.
I offer sessions both early in the morning (5am - 7am) and later in the evening (6pm - 9pm) to accommodate those who work nine to five or those who just prefer early morning or evening therapy sessions.

These can be big or small, this is your life and your time, I am here to help you figure out what isn't working quite right. I enjoy being creative in my interventions and really figuring out what will work best for you. I use humor where appropriate because it can be an important intervention and give space to dig deeper. I have had various jobs in my life in quite a few different fields but the common thread was that I enjoy empowering others and helping people figure out what they want and how to get that.
Hi! My name is Tomer, I'm a Psychotherapist based in Los Angeles, and I have been working in the field of psychology for the past 8 years.
I graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and furthered my education at Antioch University- Los Angeles, where I obtained a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy.
I’ve had the privilege of working with different demographics in a wide range of therapeutic environments. I’ve worked with teens in the high school setting, with individuals struggling with substance abuse and eating disorders, as well as patients with depression, anxiety, low self esteem, trauma, toxic relationships, and co-dependency. As part of my private practice, I provide therapy to both individuals and couples online. I combine the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Humanistic approach in my practice. With that said, I tailor the methods I use in treatment to each client's specific needs.
My goal is to cultivate an authentic human connection with my clients by creating a safe and comfortable space for them to explore their underlying issues, promoting growth and change, in order to improve their quality of life.
Are you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of who you are becoming?
Life transitions, relationship struggles, anxiety, grief, identity questions, and existential pain can leave us feeling overwhelmed or lost. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a deeper way.
I help individuals of all ages better understand the unconscious patterns that shape their emotions, relationships, and sense of self. Together, we explore what may be keeping you stuck, uncover deeper meaning in your experiences, and create space for healing, growth, and lasting change.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in Depth Psychology and Integrative Healing Practices, I offer a holistic approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I believe each person carries an innate capacity for healing, and therapy can help bring that inner wisdom forward. My role is to support you with compassion and insight as you move toward greater clarity, authenticity, and wholeness.
I offer a space where your pain can soften, your story can unfold gently, and you can be met with warmth and compassion without judgment. I draw from CBT, TF-CBT, MI, mindfulness, and person-centered, holistic practices — not as rigid techniques, but as tools we weave into the moments when you need grounding, clarity, or a way to steady yourself. Over time, your voice gets stronger. Your patterns make more sense. And the parts of you that learned to survive begin to feel safe enough to soften.

I use a wide variety of therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), etc. I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I provide a client-centered approach with motivational interviewing. I use a wide variety of therapeutic approaches.
Life is weird, and having help can help.
As a therapist, I tend to be both challenging and supportive. I am focused on real and genuine relationships with folks that help people choose how to define their goals in terms of what is important to them. I care a lot about the people who work with me, and I think that comes across in my relationships. As I am sure you can see via the Grow reviews, I am honest and direct, qualities I find many people appreciate in a therapeutic relationship but I also understand those are not for everyone.
Therapy can also be hard work, but that doesn't mean it has to be a hard time. I've been in the field long enough to know how normal having problems is. The people I work with appreciate that therapy can be a place to laugh, cry, and sometimes both at the same time.
In terms of modalities, a lot of the work I do centers on the therapeutic relationship, with elements of narrative work, CBT, person-centered therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and general talk therapy.
I don't use Grow's AI transcription, and I didn't use AI to write this, if that is important to you to know.

Hi, I’m Luke Lorefice, a therapist and college/career counselor dedicated to helping men, young adults, including neurodivergent students and those facing emotional or academic challenges, find clarity, confidence, and purpose. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Simmons University and a College Counseling Certificate from UCLA Extension. My work blends mental health expertise with academic counseling, employment, and life transitions. Through Grow and my private practice, Wave Point Counseling, I help clients explore meaningful paths whether that’s higher education, a career pivot, or rediscovering a sense of direction.
I believe the main goal of therapy is to remove the obstacles and blockages that preclude us from being genuine. My approach is straightforward yet compassionate. As your therapist, I simply hold the mirror up and allow you to reveal the parts of yourself that have broken off over the years as a result of stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, and other unresolved issues. Together we mitigate the impact of maladaptive behaviors and search for answers that are more closely aligned with your goals. The answers to many of life’s problems are internal, but we have been conditioned otherwise. I have over 20 years’ experience treating mental health and addiction issues. I use a solution focus that incorporates a wide variety of modalities tapered to your needs. I treat many issues including family of origin, addiction, primary mental health, couples, trauma, and more. I am an EMDR trained therapist, and I help clients to process painful experiences that disrupt your life and well-being. I am hesitant to ascribe to any one therapeutic orientation. Everybody is different. I combine breathwork, meditation, ACT, CBT, as well existentialism and spirituality. I look forward to working with you on your path to wellness

I first and foremost adapt my style of therapy to meet your needs. We work together to identify what best supports you toward your goals or areas of focus in therapy. I provide a safe place to explore and deal with difficult, ongoing, and often painful issues, using over twenty years of experience. I offer a simple and gentle approach that avoids re-traumatizing while working on understanding and discharging old traumas and stress. My trauma-informed, holistic approach includes somatic, emotional, and cognitive processing and integration. Healing is a double-sided process, working through healing the past while building and reinforcing your present sense of Self and interacting more successfully in your life. I am a trained Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and practice Psychotherapy with multiple adjunct therapies to integrate mind and body with Somatic Experiencing (SE) and other Evidence Based Therapies such as EMDR, Life Goals, Whole Health, Movement Therapy, and more.
I specialize in helping adults recover from obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), chronic anxiety, and the lasting effects of complex trauma. My approach is active, collaborative, and recovery-focused. My goal is not simply to help you feel better during our sessions, but to help you build the skills and confidence to live your life with greater freedom outside of therapy.
For clients struggling with OCD and anxiety, I use evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to help reduce fear, break unhelpful patterns, and develop lasting resilience.
Therapy with me is an active process. Together we'll identify meaningful goals, practice practical skills, and take manageable steps toward lasting change. Recovery takes courage and commitment, but healing is possible. My role is to provide guidance, support, and evidence-based tools while empowering you to become increasingly confident in your ability to navigate life's challenges.
If you're ready to do the work of recovery and build a life that feels bigger than anxiety, fear, or past experiences, I'd be honored to work with you.

I am a Latinx bilingual Doctor of Clinical Psychology and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist trained in EMDR and is passionate about helping adults and adolescents cultivate a more fulfilling life and satisfying relationships. My work centers on helping individuals recover from the symptoms and emotional pain caused by challenging life events. I practice from a compassionate and direct approach, and utilize diverse interventions to meet your specific needs toward healing and adopting greater self-acceptance.
Choosing a therapist can feel confusing, especially when you’re trying to understand what therapy actually involves. At its core, therapy is a unique relationship built on trust, safety, and genuine human connection. My first priority is creating a non‑shaming, supportive environment where you feel understood and comfortable sharing your story.
I primarily work with individuals at this time and accept a limited number of couples when appropriate. My approach is experiential and attachment‑based, meaning we explore emotions, patterns, and relationships in a way that helps you make sense of what you’re feeling and move toward meaningful change. You can expect empathy, authenticity, and a collaborative process where your goals guide our work.
I’m especially effective with adolescents, young adults, people navigating high‑stress careers in tech or business, active-duty service members, veterans, and anyone seeking clarity, emotional grounding, or healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. Clients often describe me as caring, steady, and deeply invested in their wellbeing.
If what you’ve read resonates, I’d be glad to connect and explore whether we’re a good fit.
Sincerely,
Michael Durrigan, LMFT (131635)
Emotions are the language of energy. In this language, there are critical messages to be understood. Emotions communicate what your needs are. Your mind translates this information so that needs can be met. Sometimes, it feels unsafe to acknowledge your emotions so the intellect, instead, pushes emotions down. With emotions silenced, you become deprived of connection to yourself, to others and needs go unmet. In this deprivation, you also lose authenticity. The call to acknowledgement returns, again and again, louder and louder.
We can collaborate together to learn this language and to recover the gold of your authentic self. Its already there, where it has always been. Who you really are is full of potential, courageous, confident and quite worthy of connection. When you know this, there is an energy that arises as well. A motivation for action.
Wherever you are at on this journey, is where I want to meet you. What a victory that you have already taken the brave step of searching for a therapist. Celebrate that. Perhaps the next movement is to reach out. We can explore next incremental steps from there.

I started my journey into psychotherapy back in 2005. Over the years, I have learned a great deal regarding how much our lives are impacted by how we see the world, and what we focus on. I have learned that focusing on the present moment, and enjoying each moment for what it offers can be priceless. I have learned, and now teach others how to live mindfully, not in the past or the future, but in the present moment, as when we leave the present moment is when our suffering begins. I have extensive experience in trauma, and overcoming traumas, as well as approaching the world from a cultural perspective. Based on experience, I have seen that we see the world through the sense of our cultural forefathers, and therefore, sometimes we need to adjust our interpretation of what we see and experience. I have been amazed at the tenacity and strength of the human spirit, and I cannot disregard the presence of an all knowing, encompassing presence of a higher being in our lives. It is for this reason that I encourage patients to look at the world from multiple points of view. Sometimes changing the lens with which we look at the world, can make all the difference in what we see and feel.
While depression and anxiety may be reasonable responses to your life experiences and the state of the world, that doesn't mean you have to suffer alone. You deserve support. I strive to create an environment where you can safely lean into difficult feelings and process your past and present without shame or judgment. We will work collaboratively to unpack the impact of systems, relationships, and intersectional identities (i.e. women of color, immigrant background, cultural stress) on your well-being. Together, we’ll explore healing as an act of empowerment and transformation.
You want to change your feelings, thoughts, or behaviors, but every time you try, it blows up in your face. (Not literally...hopefully.) How do you get unstuck?! The most important factor is the relationship with your therapist. My main focus is teaming up with you - not telling you what to do - in figuring out how to help you create new patterns.
My practice mostly revolves around increasing your awareness of what’s happening in your mind and your body – and above all, respecting your experience. My approach focuses on mindfulness, DBT-informed strategies, and post-traumatic growth. This takes work, but with the help of someone you trust, you absolutely can change the structure of your brain!
As much as I may be in the most privileged of demographics (see photo), I’ve taken a lifetime’s worth of feeling inferior and deployed it for good: Being able to empathize with you, the client. I've worked extensively with anger, grief, substance use, LGBTQ+-related issues, insomnia, racial identity, relationship issues, sports performance, etc.
I have an easygoing way of communicating with clients. My communication style definitely doesn't have that solemn, overly serious tone that you might see depicted in movie therapists. Just to forewarn: My sessions can and will include some (very lame) jokes here and there, but that does not mean I don't take your struggle seriously.
Welcome! My name is Maria Acosta, I am a bilingual and bicultural psychotherapist with 11 years of experience working with adults struggling with Depression, Anxiety and/or Trauma.
It is not easy to open up and share our struggle, only when we feel safe and contained we can take that scary step, and eventually find the relief we are looking for. I am passionate about supporting adults in their journeys to mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

I strive to create services that are designed to provide you with an integrated solution for your mind, body, spirit, and life to enhance your life and resolve issues. If you're in your 40s or 50s and feel like you no longer recognize yourself, you're not imagining it. Anxiety that seems to come out of nowhere, a shorter fuse, brain fog, poor sleep, low mood, and feeling like you've lost your spark are all common in perimenopause and menopause. Too often, women are told it's "just stress" or that they should push through.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of experience and a Certified Menopause Coach. I specialize in working with women in midlife who are navigating the emotional and mental health side of this transition, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD symptoms that often surface or intensify during these years.
In our work together, you'll have a space where your experience is taken seriously. I'll help you understand what's happening, build practical tools for managing mood, stress, and focus, and reconnect with who you are and what you want from this next chapter. I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches and tailor them to you.
Midlife can be more than something to get through. With the right support, it can be a time of clarity, confidence, and renewal. I'd be honored to help you thrive in it.
Welcome, I'm glad to know you are here.
In my practice, as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT142790), I will create a safe space for you to heal, explore yourself today and explore your past, create a new path for your future. I strive to provide space that offers compassion and honest reflection, facilitates exploration of your story, promotes natural self-awareness and personal growth. I will be mindful of how your unique story affects your presenting issues and will provide culturally and trauma informed care.
Starting therapy takes courage, and I'm glad you're here. I specialize in supporting active-duty service members, veterans, and military families navigating PTSD, combat stress, anxiety, depression, and grief. I create a steady, judgment-free space where you can be fully yourself, and I'd love to help you take the next step.
I am a spiritual, animal-loving practitioner dedicated to healing with integrity, authenticity, kindness, and warmth. Specializing in trauma, my journey began in substance abuse counseling, where I developed a deep understanding of addiction. As someone in recovery myself, I bring empathy and compassion to those navigating their own struggles.
I have worked with clients ages 5 to 76 across diverse settings, including equine therapy, foster care, inpatient and residential treatment, PHP, incarceration settings, VA settings, and services supporting survivors of human trafficking, sexual abuse, and domestic violence. I have also volunteered my time advocating for men and women through the court system.
My approach integrates a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, IPT, inner child work, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, EMDR, and somatic therapies. I believe healing is deeply personal and nonlinear, and I strive to meet each client where they are with compassion, authenticity, and respect for their unique journey
Hi, I’m Kayla! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about helping adults and couples build healthier relationships, feel more confident, and create lives that feel fulfilling and authentic.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly a decade working in education, where I saw how powerful it can be when people feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. That experience continues to shape my work today. I’m naturally curious about people, value personal growth, and believe that meaningful change happens when we approach ourselves with both compassion and honesty.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself, whether you’re navigating anxiety, struggling with self-esteem, feeling disconnected in your relationship, or working through challenges with trust, communication, or intimacy. I’ll meet you with empathy and without judgment, while also offering thoughtful feedback and gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Therapy with me is about more than just talking through problems. Drawing from CBT, DBT, the Gottman Method, and sex therapy techniques, we’ll explore the roots of your struggles, recognize unhelpful patterns, and develop practical tools you can use in everyday life. We’ll work together to identify what matters most to you and define what meaningful progress looks like.
I have a particular passion for couples and sex therapy, helping people navigate sensitive conversations, deepen emotional and physical intimacy, and build more satisfying relationships. I’m committed to continued learning and growing as a therapist so I can better support the people I work with.
You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling understood, more confident in yourself, and empowered to create the changes you want in your life and relationships.
I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, focus on what matters to you, and find practical steps toward your goals. My goal is to create a space for you to share openly without feeling rushed or judged. I’ll offer thoughtful reflections and feedback when helpful, while staying attuned to what you need in the moment.
Hi, my name is Susanna. I specialize in helping individuals, couples and families navigate life heaviest challenges. Weather you are a young adult trying to find your footing, a parent worried about your teenager, a couple struggling to communicate, or someone fighting through the fog of depression, anxiety or substance use, you do not have to carry this alone.
My therapeutic style is deeply client centered and gentle. I believe in creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you fee safe enough to lay down your burdens. However I truly believe that true growth require honesty. When necessary, I will be gently direct, holding up a mirror to help you see patterns that might be keeping you stuck.
In our sessions, we will combine this compassionate support with practical, evidence based tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we will look how your thoughts influence behaviors and relationships, and build real-world coping strategies you can use starting on day one.
Healing is a collaborative journey, and you are the expert on your own life. Let's work together to restore connection, reclaim your peace of mind and build a clearer path forward.

¡Hola! I’m Dr. Aglaed Mayorga (ah-GLAH-ed), a licensed psychologist in private practice serving individuals across California. As the proud daughter of Nicaraguan and Mexican immigrants, I was born and raised in Los Angeles in a home where Spanish was the only language spoken. Like many of our families, my parents came to the U.S. seeking new opportunities, navigating cultural shifts that shape us across generations. For over twelve years, I’ve worked in both clinical and forensic settings, supporting people from all walks of life through talk therapy for anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles, especially when family turmoil, abuse, or trauma makes everything else feel heavier. My goal is to offer a welcoming, culturally grounded space to help you understand inherited family patterns and begin uncovering and healing unspoken pain that shows up in your life.
What I’m most passionate about is helping people become free—free from old trauma, unhealthy conditioning, and patterns that no longer serve them. My work is about guiding you back to a clear, whole sense of self where you feel alive, engaged, and able to face life’s challenges with humor, spirit, and trust in yourself and your path.
My therapy style is warm, grounded, and deeply exploratory. I help clients look beneath the surface of their struggles to uncover the root causes, bringing a holistic perspective and a practical toolbox to open new pathways toward clarity, understanding, and real change.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a variety of settings. I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel safe, supported, and truly understood. I am passionate about holding space for clients as they navigate life’s challenges, process difficult emotions, and work toward the goals that matter most to them. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, meaning we will work together to create a path forward that feels authentic and aligned with your needs. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
I utilize a positive theoretical orientation which assumes that all individuals possess an innate desire for well-balanced emotional/mental health. I believe a person enters therapy with a strong wish, whether conscious or unconscious, to overcome obstacles and free themselves from constraints that are holding them back. I find that everyone needs a slightly different approach to accomplish these goals, so I adjust in technique for each specific challenge. I truly enjoy the experience of guiding my clients through this process and consider it a privilege to play such an important role in a person's life.
“Crying does not indicate that you are weak. Since birth, it has always been a sign that you are alive.”
― Charlotte Brontë, Jane Eyre

Feeling overwhelmed, tired, or stuck—and wondering if anything can really help? You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin finding relief, even when your circumstances feel difficult or unchangeable.
I’m an experienced mental health clinician with 14 years of experience working across outpatient, residential, and school-based settings. I work collaboratively with professionals, young adults, and teens who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, uncertain, or ready to make meaningful changes in their lives.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and solution-focused. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients understand patterns that may be contributing to distress, develop practical tools for navigating challenges, and identify realistic steps toward change.
I take a holistic approach, recognizing that mental health is connected to the whole picture of your life—including relationships, work or school, stress, emotions, values, hobbies, current coping strategies and daily routines. Rather than trying to change everything at once, we’ll focus on small, meaningful changes that can support greater balance and overall well-being.
I’m a Licensed Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience helping adults work through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD-related challenges, substance use, and relationship difficulties. I specialize in CBT, trauma-informed therapy, and solution-focused approaches with clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns they want to change.
I work especially well with adults navigating life transitions, emotional regulation challenges, and high-stress personal or professional environments. I also support men dealing with pressure around identity, relationships, and emotional expression.
Outside of my clinical work, I value time outdoors, staying physically active, and being present with my family. I’m a father of five, including stepdaughters, which has given me a lived understanding of blended family dynamics, parenting, and complex family relationships across different stages of life.

Hi, I'm Dr. Kayla Clark, a licensed clinical psychologist providing virtual therapy to adults throughout California. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, without fear of judgment, while also feeling encouraged to grow and make meaningful changes in your life.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I value building genuine connections with my clients and believe that feeling understood is an important part of the therapeutic process. At the same time, I don't believe therapy should stop at feeling heard. I'll gently challenge you, help you recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work alongside you to develop tools you can use outside of our sessions.
I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring our work to your individual needs and goals. I enjoy helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, life transitions, and the challenges that come with feeling overwhelmed or unsure of how to move forward.
I believe people are both resilient and imperfect, and that meaningful change doesn't require perfection. My hope is that our work together helps you better understand yourself, build confidence in your ability to handle life's challenges, and eventually become your own therapist.
We only have one life, and I believe it's worth working toward one that feels more fulfilling and more like your own.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a warm, transparent, and down to earth approach to therapy. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are without feeling judged or like you have to say the “right” thing. I’m genuine and interactive in sessions, and I use humor when appropriate because therapy can address difficult things while still feeling human and relatable.
I work with individuals and couples who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, boundaries, self-esteem, attachment, or patterns that seem to keep repeating. One of my strengths as a therapist is helping clients recognize those patterns and understand not only what they are doing, but why they may be doing it. Together, we look at where those patterns came from, how they may have helped you at one point, and whether they are still serving you today.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and direct. I’m not the type of therapist who will simply sit back and nod for an hour. I’ll listen, ask questions, offer another perspective, challenge you when it may be helpful, and celebrate the progress you make along the way. I incorporate approaches such as CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, attachment-based work, and IFS concepts depending on your individual needs.
Whether you’re trying to build healthier relationships, strengthen boundaries, better understand yourself, navigate a difficult transition, or finally break a pattern you’re tired of repeating, my goal is to help you develop greater insight and make changes that actually feel meaningful and sustainable in your everyday life.
You are emotionally, mentally, and physically exhausted! You recognize there is a problem, but don't know how to solve it. You are caught in the cycle of overwhelm. If you continue down this road all you will find is powerlessness and hopelessness. You don't have to stay trapped. My focus is to empower you to take back your life & become the best version of yourself.

Hi! I'm Nick and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in helping adults who are ready to move beyond just surviving and into a place of genuine connection and wholeness. I understand the profound weight you’ve been carrying for so long, whether it is the shadow of childhood trauma, navigating addiction or recovery, or the deep fatigue of not being fully seen.
If you’ve spent years trying to hold it all together, navigating the world as a man, a trauma survivor, someone who is queer, neurodivergent, or in recovery, you may have learned to mask, people please, or stay small simply to survive. I specialize in supporting those who have felt fundamentally “othered” because of their identity, their sensitivity, or their complex struggles.
My approach can be direct, relational, and deeply connected. You will not find judgment in our sessions. What you will find is honesty, profound compassion, and the kind of authentic support that allows you to safely let your guard down. I believe the most transformative healing happens in relationship through empathy, attunement, and having the space to be fully yourself, without the need for code-switching, masking, or minimizing any part of your experience.
I bring warmth, humor, and realness into our work, meeting you exactly where you are today. Therapy with me is a genuine partnership, focusing on what you need, rather than a rigid prescription. We will collaborate to heal early wounds, develop profound self-compassion, and cultivate a life where you feel a sense of belonging in your own skin.
If any of this resonates and if you are ready for a change and a relational experience with someone who understands your journey, I would be honored to connect with you.
My clinical foundation encompasses a wide spectrum of care, which allows me to meet clients exactly where they are in their unique healing journey. Beyond my formal clinical training, my diverse personal and professional experiences provide a grounded, real-world perspective.

Hello There! I’m Michelle, I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their own strength and inner wisdom. So often the answers are already within you, and therapy allows the space to reflect, gain clarity, and build confidence to trust yourself again. Seeing this happen is why I am so passionate about mental health.
My style is warm, collaborative, and authentic. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel both supported and empowered. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build emotional resilience, and help you feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with the life you want to live.
Do you feel stretched thin, stuck, or just plain worn out from trying to hold it all together? I'm Ange, and that's exactly who I work with. My style is pretty down to earth, some days we get into the deep stuff, other days we're laughing about how messy life can be. I work comfortably in Cantonese and Mandarin, though English is where I'm most at home.
I am a skilled, empathetic therapist who is committed to providing you with support, insight, and practical tools. You have more strengths and fewer weaknesses than you realize. Working together, we explore you, letting you see yourself as you really are and always have been - worthwhile and loveable. You can learn and move forward. Seeing a licensed therapist often provides new ways to work through the issues and fears holding you back. No matter the obstacles, we will find solutions together.
My goal is to help you feel comfortable in your own skin and make wise decisions for your life. We disarm obstacles and implement techniques building confidence, competency, comfort, and trust in yourself. "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain." Vivian Green
Welcome! ¡Bienvenido!
My name is Silvia and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of California. My mission is to create a positive, supportive space where you feel truly empowered. Therapy should feel like a meaningful conversation—one that helps you breathe a little easier and feel a little lighter each time we meet. I strive to offer an environment where you feel heard, supported, guided, and safe. Through a humanistic approach, I focus on making our time together feel valuable, collaborative, and deeply meaningful.
Have you ever felt like you were busy doing all the things you thought would bring you a happy life, yet felt alone and disconnected from yourself and others?
These feelings are often when people turn to alcohol, drugs, food, shopping or relationships to try to create those feelings of happiness, contentment and joy. It can work for a short time however the key to moving forward is to understand the reasons we seek out these distractions.
When we strengthen the relationship with ourselves, the outer world becomes much more balanced and fulfilling. Through slowing down and reconnecting with our mind, body and spirit we can feel more confident to face life events with a more stable and hopeful core sense of self.
I specialize in treating relationship issues, addiction/substance abuse, depression, anxiety, job related issues, couples treatment and divorce recovery
Hi there! My name is Courtney Carlson and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist. I have a background in working with a diverse range of clients (children, families, adults) in a variety of settings (school-based, outpatient, long term residential settings). Currently, I focus on providing individual therapy for transitional-aged youth (18-24) and adults. I believe therapy is something I do with clients, not to clients. I typically work with helping clients manage anxiety, depression, and stress symptoms by improving coping skills, processing life transitions, exploring childhood and current family dynamics, improving relationships and communication skills, and improving emotional regulation skills.
Hello! My name is Janeree and I've been helping people with their mental health for eight years. I have experience in working with individuals with trauma, anxiety, OCD, and addictions. To help my clients that struggle with these challenges, I use psychodynamic approach, CBT, ACT, exposure therapy, and Socratic questioning. I have also worked with couples in which I use the Gottman Method, which has helped several couples work through and strengthen their relationship. There have been times where instead of couples' therapy, individuals came to me on their own with problems in their romantic relationship. In those cases, I have found that exploring attachment style (anxious, avoidant, etc.) has worked best.

I believe that meaningful change happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and collaboration. While therapy can address difficult issues, I believe growth can happen in an environment that feels comfortable, supportive, and authentic.
Whether you're struggling with stress, mood concerns, recovery challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I am committed to helping you build on your strengths and develop practical tools to create lasting positive change.
Hi there, my name is Allyse and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 4 years of experience specializing in treating anxiety and depression. Life can feel overwhelming at times — especially when anxiety or depression begins to affect how you see yourself, your relationships, or your ability to move forward. You don't have to navigate those challenges alone. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and other challenges that can leave them feeling stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next.
I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you can be your authentic self. I approach each person with an open mind, recognizing that everyone brings their own experiences, values, and story into the room. My goal is to understand your experience from your perspective and support you in identifying what matters most to you.
My hope is that you feel genuinely seen, connected, and understood throughout our work together — while feeling motivated and empowered to make changes at a pace that's right for you. Reaching out is a meaningful first step, and I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
I specialize in helping motivated young adults and adults heal from childhood trauma, navigate attachment wounds, and find relief from anxiety and depression. Taking a collaborative and goal-oriented approach, my mission is to provide you with the tools and support you need to process the past and heal deeply.
My approach to care is deeply collaborative, collaborative, and tailored to your unique story. I believe that while our past experiences—especially childhood and attachment history—shape how we view the world, they don’t have to dictate our future. In our sessions, we will work as a team to set clear, meaningful goals, combining gentle exploration.

I specialize in relationship issues, supporting individuals, couples and families. Attachment injuries and loss can affect how we feel about ourselves and limit our engagement with others. I can help you identify and let go of emotional reactivity and defensiveness. My main modalities are Somatic therapy and Internal Family Systems. I also offer EMDR to support people struggling with PTSD. Processing trauma in this way helps release emotional charge stored in the body and overcome past experiences that hold us back from living life fully. My professional experience working with children, adolescents, and adults has equipped me to support individuals through a variety of challenges. Hi, I'm Dani, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with high performers, athletes, teens, and adults.
My practice starts with an honest audit of your values. Not the ones you think you should have, the ones you actually matter to you. From there, we explore identity: who you are, what you stand for, and where the gap sits between that person and the goals you've been chasing. That gap is where burnout quietly takes root, especially when your motivation comes from external factors rather than internal ones.
I also walk with clients through grief and loss, because performance and emotional pain often coexist, and both deserve space.
In session, you'll get warmth, honesty, non-judgment, and humor. I'll validate your story, then warmly, move us from talking about it to taking action. Insight alone doesn't change a life. Together we'll focus on what's actually within your control and build a life by your own design. You don't need to have anything figured out when you arrive. All are welcome here.
Hi! I'm Estela,
Do you ever feel stuck or just have too much going on? Are you in a transition, or having trouble coping with life stressors? A high number of people experience these things in different ways; often times, they just need a reminder of who they are to help discover their own potential to move forward in life.
I describe myself as gentle, non-judgmental, and empathic. I Iike to meet my clients where they are.
Together, we will identify your strengths, explore your emotions, thoughts, relationships and experiences and come up with coping strategies you can use to feel more confident moving forward in life.
I know it can be intimidating even making the first appointment, but it is through your first step that success will come.
Welcome! I'm Silvie Wilson.
I'd like to acknowledge the strength it requires to take that first step of reaching out for help with your mental health from a therapist. I know it's not easy to begin the journey to better self understanding, compassion, and mastery.
My aim is to create a safe environment in which we can explore your own personal history, themes, and challenges, in order to find resources and solutions to the obstacles that hold you back from being exactly the person you've always wanted to be.
I will pay attention to who you are as an individual, reflect back your strengths, and help you to tie together the seemingly disparate aspects of your life so that you realize how much sense you make, have compassion for all phases of your development, and leave behind what no longer serves you to find the life you've always wanted.
Together we can build up your sense of self, your resilience, and your ability to find peace of mind.
Providing a safe space for your healing, growth and self-exploration is my number one priority. I work from a place of non-judgement, empowerment, humor and unconditional support. Offering structured techniques and a sense of companionship during this sometimes difficult journey of life.
