Hi there! Nice to meet you. My name is Ryan and I am really glad you are here. I enjoy working with a wide range of populations. I specialize in working with with neurodivergent individuals, including those diagnosed later in life, who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of who they are beneath masking and self-doubt. Many come to therapy struggling with boundaries, confidence, and navigating relationships or daily demands. Together, we focus on understanding how your brain works, building on your strengths, and creating practical, sustainable changes. My goal is to help you feel more confident, grounded, and able to show up as your authentic self. I work with neurodivergent and late-diagnosed individuals feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure beneath the mask. I specialize in helping you understand your brain, build confidence, and set boundaries. With a mix of practical tools and humor, I help you create change that actually fits your life If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you have to hide parts of yourself just to get by, you’re not alone. Therapy can be a space to finally feel understood and supported. If this resonates, I’d love to connect and see if we’re a good fit. Therapy with me is a mix of empathy, honesty, and humor. Some days it’s deep reflection; other days it’s simply finding a moment of calm in the chaos. I believe growth doesn’t have to mean changing who you are, it’s about reconnecting with who you’ve always been.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

After completing your intake forms 24 hours before our session, the first session is all about getting to know you, completing the initial assessment and collaboratively deciding on your goals for therapy. We’ll take things at your pace—no pressure, no judgment, and definitely no need to have the “perfect” way to explain what’s going on. I’ll ask some questions to better understand what brought you to therapy, what’s been feeling difficult, and what you’d like to get out of our time together. It’s also a chance for you to get a feel for me and how I work. You can ask questions, share what has or hasn’t worked for you in past therapy experiences, and let me know what helps you feel comfortable. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood from the start. By the end of our first session, we’ll talk about your goals, discuss what our sessions might look like moving forward, and make sure it feels like a good fit for you. Every client is different, and I tailor our work to meet your individual needs—whether that means exploring emotions, learning coping skills, or just having a space to process what’s been on your mind.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths are being authentic and being able to make therapy enjoyable. I really enjoy connecting with individuals I work for as a therapist. I am always open to constructive feedback as well because I understand that as a therapist, I am here for you so I really welcome communication around what is working and what is not working for you.. I have found that therapy is not a one size fits all so I have found that adjusting my approach based on you and your needs works best for me. I am also incredibly strength based, my goal is to not only support you in feeling better but feeling more confident in your own ability to overcome the obstacles and concerns that you present in session.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with a wide range of clients and welcome anyone who’s ready to start their therapy journey. While I specialize in supporting adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, and neurodivergent experiences, I’m also open to working with clients outside of these areas if it feels like a good fit and I can meet their needs effectively. The clients I work best with are those who are motivated to grow, open to reflection, and willing to communicate honestly—especially on the days when it feels hard to do so. You don’t need to have everything figured out (that’s what we’re here for), but a willingness to show up and engage in the process makes all the difference. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and how to create meaningful change in a way that feels authentic to you.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I have found that adjusting my therapeutic approach and treatment method based on the individual works best for not only myself but most important the individual. I enjoy working collaboratively to figure out which treatment style is preferred and works best.
