Hi! I'm Ariana! Welcome to the first step in your journey to healing! I serve all who come to seek to improve upon themselves in any capacity. I am a provider who values good, strong communication, honesty, mutual respect and most of all, a good laugh. Safety is always my goal when it comes to your care, and it is my priority. I work to give all the tools to find their strength, consistency and peace in building a life that works for them on their terms. Whether that's a need to create boundaries, learning to prioritize self, or managing symptoms of depression or anxiety - no need is unworthy of the time it takes to heal. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session we will get to know each other! I think it is so important for everyone to feel comfortable and for you to feel safe and heard. I will ask a lot of questions and we will work together to come up with a plan to get you to where you want to go.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I value making connections between thoughts and behaviors - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is something I value and use often. You can also expect Strengths-Based and Emotionally Focused approaches!
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
I feel strong in my ability to read others - this time we spend together has to be useful, and if I see something, I'll say something - even if I'm wrong! Our journey is about learning each other, and you learning about you. I am most proficient in treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, and helping others make sense of the big (and little) things.
