Hello, I'm Natasha, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Fresno, CA. Do you feel like you’re constantly overthinking, putting others first, or avoiding conflict to keep the peace? Anxiety has left you feeling exhausted and disconnected, or past trauma makes it hard to feel safe and grounded. In our first session together, we will begin by getting to know one another and discussing the challenges you're facing. This will help us build a foundation for understanding your needs and goals. From there, we'll work together to create a personalized treatment plan that empowers you to heal, set healthy boundaries, and cultivate lasting emotional stability.
My greatest strength as a therapist is my ability to create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, trauma, overthinking, people-pleasing, self-doubt, and setting healthy boundaries. I help clients break free from limiting patterns and build the confidence and emotional stability needed to create lasting change. My approach is compassionate and tailored to each individual, empowering them to heal, grow, and regain control of their lives.
I am passionate about working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, trauma, overthinking, people-pleasing, self-doubt, and setting healthy boundaries. I’m especially dedicated to helping high-achieving adults and those looking to break free from past patterns to create more balanced, fulfilling lives. I also enjoy working with individuals who are ready to heal their inner child and develop the tools needed to build emotional resilience and confidence.
Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is an evidence-based psychotherapy model for clients who are experiencing clinically significant emotional and behavioral difficulties related to traumatic life events they have experienced. I use TF-CBT to support clients in exploring negative effects of trauma, processing traumatic memories, and learning effective coping and interpersonal skills in order to overcome trauma symptoms and begin to separate from the traumatic memory.
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a type of psychotherapy that helps people manage problems by changing the way they think and behave. I use CBT to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings and behaviors in order to improve their functioning and quality of life. I support clients in challenging and replacing their negative thoughts with more positive and helpful thoughts.
Person-centered is a type of psychotherapy that is client-centered and supportive in the client's self-discovery. I use person-centered therapy to support clients with compassion, non-judgment, active listening and empathetic understanding.
Trauma Informed Care (TIC) is a framework based on the understanding of how trauma affects people. I provide trauma informed care to help clients understand trauma, how trauma affects them and paths for recovery.
