Welcome! I'm So Glad You're Here. I’m a Licensed Psychotherapist offering compassionate, client-centered therapy to adults (18+) across California, Hawaii, and Virginia. I provide telehealth therapy in all three states, with in-person sessions available in California. Whether you're navigating life transitions, experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or working through issues related to self-esteem, life transition, relationships, or coping skills, you're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. A Safe, Supportive Space to Be Your Authentic Self I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, heard, and respected. My approach is solution-focused, collaborative, and eclectic—drawing from evidence-based modalities including: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Structural Therapy. I tailor each session to your unique needs, goals, and lived experiences—because no two paths are the same. **Please note that I provide individual counseling for adults ages 18+. i do not provide couples counseling via telehealth.
What You Can Expect In our first session, we'll start with a brief introduction and begin to explore the challenges you're currently facing. From there, we’ll work together to develop a customized plan based on your goals. I believe that life’s challenges often arise from behaviors developed to meet unmet needs—and therapy offers a powerful opportunity to explore, understand, and grow through those experiences.
I believe while life’s challenges provide us an opportunity to persevere in situations, behaviors may result as a way to meet that need or situation. I believe in working with you, as a partner to help you identify the solutions that will meet your unique and personal needs. I approach providing services by honoring and respecting our uniqueness and differences. I value authenticity, empathy, and curiosity. Our work together will honor your strengths, identity, and personal narrative—because your story matters.
Who I Work With My clients come from all walks of life, including: Educators, first responders, law enforcement, military members, veterans, and their families , professionals in tech, entertainment, and communications, Individuals navigating cultural identity, diversity, and inclusion, members of the LGBTQ+ community and women exploring empowerment, individuals experiencing life transitions. What we think can affect behavior. I work with you to identify the core thoughts you may hold and how they may be a factor as we look at behaviors or thoughts you would like to change.
Do you ever feel like relationships are harder for you than they should be? Do you struggle with trust, fear of abandonment, or difficulty opening up to others? Attachment therapy can help you understand and heal the deep-rooted patterns that shape the way you connect with others—whether in romantic relationships, friendships, or even with yourself. As a therapist with experience in attachment-based therapy, I specialize in helping individuals uncover how their early relationships have influenced their emotional world. Whether you experience anxiety in relationships, difficulty expressing needs, fear of closeness, or self-sabotaging behaviors, we will work together to break free from old patterns and build healthier, more fulfilling connections.
Have you ever felt stuck—knowing you want to make a change but struggling to take the first step? Whether it’s breaking unhealthy habits, improving relationships, or making important life decisions, change can feel overwhelming. The good news is, the motivation you need is already within you—you just need the right approach to unlock it. Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy method that helps people overcome ambivalence and build the confidence to move forward. As a therapist experienced in MI, I use compassionate, nonjudgmental conversations to help you explore your goals, resolve inner conflicts, and strengthen your motivation for lasting change.
