I specialize in working with clients who are motived, courageous, and open to exploring their inner world. My goal is to help others achieve their goals. As a licensed clinical social worker, I offer a warm, grounded, and collaborative space where clients can slow down, reflect, and better understand themselves. My approach is person centered and trauma-informed, with a strong foundation in cognitive behavioral and strengths based therapies. Even if clients are not quite sure what that looks like. I help clients by navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, or life transitions. Most people are overwhelmed by pressure. What they tend to want most is clarity, peace, and to feel more connected. They're seeking safe, nonjudgmental space where they can explore their thoughts freely and begin to moe toward a life that feels more aligned and intentional.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, or relationship struggles, I provide a safe, compassionate space where healing and growth can take place. I use evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care—and for those who desire, I integrate Christian counseling to support spiritual and emotional restoration. My goal is to walk alongside you, helping you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with purpose and clarity.
I founded Chaos Therapy around a simple but radical idea: life is chaotic, the goal isn't to eliminate the chaos from our existence but to find order within it. My approach is integrative and intentionally anarchistic; there's no rigid script or one-size-fits most protocol. Our sessions are collaborative, adaptive, and real.
I'm not your typical therapist, and that's by design. With over 20 years in social services, I've worked alongside people in some of the most demanding, complex, and often overlooked corners of human experience, in-patient and in-home therapy, homeless outreach, academic research, and private practice. That breadth isn't just my resume, it's shaped how I think about healing.
If you've been told you're too much, too complicated, too sensitive, too far gone, then you are exactly who I built my practice for.
I'm Cherysh Caldwell, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Georgia and Alabama. I work with adults who are capable, accomplished, and quietly carrying more than the people around them realize — navigating burnout, anxiety, life transitions, and the particular weight that comes from living and leading in systems that demand a great deal and don't always give much back.
My path to this work is not a straight line. Before clinical practice, I spent years working at the intersection of people and systems — as an educator, a nonprofit executive, a public administrator, and a local government leader. That background shapes everything about how I work. I don't just see the person in front of me. I see the environments, relationships, and pressures that shaped them.
I bring that same depth to therapy — creating a space that is honest, affirming, and grounded in the belief that sustainable wellbeing has to be intentionally designed. If you are ready to stop managing and start building something different, I'd be glad to work with you.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 27 years of experience working with individuals and families from all walks of life. I specialize in treating adults and seniors who are experiencing challenges associated with emotional health, medical/physical health and the stressors that accompany those conditions. I have extensive experience in working to support clients with depression, anxiety, and stress related disorders. Additionally, I have expertise in navigating complex medical, mental and physical care needs in support of caregivers and families who are struggling to care for an aging loved one. Dementia care is an area of special interest and expertise as well.
Are you easily triggered? Burned out? Wondering whether or not you're on the right path?

Welcome! I'm Kianna McIntosh, LICSW, a licensed therapist and ADHD coach. I help adults who appear high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted beneath the surface. Many of my clients struggle with ADHD, anxiety, overthinking, low self-esteem, or relationship patterns that leave them feeling misunderstood, stuck, or unsure of themselves.
I specialize in working with adults navigating ADHD, attachment wounds, emotional overwhelm, and relational challenges. Whether you're struggling with focus and follow-through, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling trapped in the same relationship cycles, therapy can help you better understand what is driving those patterns.
Together, we'll explore how your emotions, life experiences, and nervous system responses influence the way you think, cope, and connect with others. My approach focuses on emotional regulation, self-awareness, and building a stronger sense of safety and trust within yourself and your relationships.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally exhausted from constantly caring for others while neglecting their own needs. If you’re caring for an aging parent, spouse, or another loved one over the age of 18, you don’t have to carry that stress alone.
My name is Clint, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Florida and Alabama. I specialize in supporting caregivers of older adults and individuals with disabilities over the age of 18 who may be struggling with burnout, anxiety, guilt, stress, or feeling emotionally drained.
As a former primary caregiver for my father, I understand firsthand the emotional and practical challenges caregiving can bring. Balancing medical appointments, family responsibilities, work demands, and the emotional weight of supporting a loved one can leave little time to care for yourself. Since 2011, I’ve worked alongside caregivers and families to help reduce burnout, build healthier boundaries, improve coping skills, and create more balance in daily life.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on practical tools you can use outside of sessions. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and supportive therapy to help clients manage stress, navigate difficult emotions, and reconnect with their own well-being.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. The first session is simply an opportunity for us to talk about what’s been weighing on you and explore whether working together feels like a good fit — with no pressure or expectations.
If you’re ready for support, I’d be honored to work alongside you.

You appear calm and put together on the outside, internally you feel overwhelmed and exhausted. You've been doing everything you can to keep things together so no one notices how much you're struggling, but lately it feels harder to manage. You're doing your best to hold on, yet you worry that one more stressful situation could push you past your limit.
You continue to smile, show up, and tell yourself you're okay, even when deep down you know you're not. Because you look “fine” to others, people may not realize how heavy things have become for you. You often minimize your own pain by comparing yourself to others, convincing yourself that you should just be grateful because “others have it worse.” As a result, prioritizing your emotional well-being can feel selfish or undeserved.
If this describes you, and you are ready to stop overthinking, you are no longer willing to put your own needs on the backburner, you are ready to silence the inner critic, work on your personal and/or professional relationships, and you want to stop just going through the motions, we should talk.
I have the credentials that every other therapist has earned, representing the commitment of a competent practitioner. However, its important to note that my caring coupled with my competence makes me who I am.
I am a person of faith, wife (retired military veteran) mother, grandmother, and dog mom. I've navigated many seasons of life overcoming grief and loss, divorce, careers, the sandwich generation (caring for aging parents and small children), financial challenges, and blending a family. All the makings for stress, anxiety, and depression. During these and other dark seasons, it was the professional help holding my hand through the darkness until I could see the light again. Let's walk together to the light.

I’m especially intentional about creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected, without judgment. Whether you’re trying to manage anxiety, process past experiences, or simply gain better control over your thoughts and emotions, I’m here to support you in doing that work in a way that feels empowering and sustainable.

I have worked within the Department of Defense Schools in Europe and Asia. I have worked with Active Duty members, Veterans and their families. My strongest ability lies in helping a client identify strengths and weaknesses while guiding them to identify goals and interventions that will work specifically for them. The most challenging part of therapy is believing it will make a difference. The best way to overcome that hurdle is to see successful outcomes.
Clinical experience has taught me that if you are willing to do the work, you will see results. Using the appropriate interventions, combined with mutual openness, respect and trust will enable you to overcome obstacles and achieve goals you didn't believe possible. Through years of dedicated work with all age groups, life experiences and extremely challenging circumstances, I have developed a strong sense of commitment in creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters healing, self-awareness and growth.

My name is Bill Massey and I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in
west central Georgia and east central Alabama. I graduated from the University of Georgia's MSW program in 1993 and became an LCSW in 1996. I have worked in home health and hospice for most of my career with a strong emphasis on geriatrics and dementia care. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric settings and residential services as well.
I am looking to fill a niche that I have seen wanting attention for some time. For many years I have seen elders and their families in their homes but had to refer out any counseling other than crisis intervention to outpatient therapists. The problem is that I have been referring homebound people for outpatient therapy. This is not effective for many reasons.
With the help of Grow Therapy, I intend to offer my services of counseling and case management to people in the comfort of their own homes. I will become a mobile mental health provider to serve a population that has gone largely underserved for all too long. My coverage area for in-home therapy will be Lee, Russell, and Chambers counties in Alabama as well as Muscogee, Chattahoochee, and Harris Counties in Georgia.
I am opening up limited appointment times for virtual counseling as of mid May 2024.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to start therapy—just a willingness to show up. I’ve worked in emergency rooms, high schools, and other environments in between. I’ve seen a full range of human experience, and I can confidently say—very little shocks me. What matters most is creating a space where you feel safe enough to be real. If you're ready to explore change at your own pace, I'm here to walk with you.

Together, we can come up with a treatment plan that will guide us together to help you approach situations you are dealing with in a different way.
I am a licensed professional counselor with a passion for supporting individuals through emotional struggles, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. Sometimes people experience emotional problems (e.g., anxiety, depression), behavioral problems (e.g., overeating, smoking), or relationship problems (e.g., excessive arguing, poor communication) that interfere with their daily functioning. These difficulties result from the interaction of biological, learning, behavioral, and environmental factors, which influence patterns of thinking and behaving. Negative life events can contribute to the development of self-defeating patterns of thinking and behaving, which some people can have difficulty changing. In my work, which I have been practicing for 42 years, I help people identify these self-defeating patterns and develop strategies for dealing with them. I emphasize the importance of practicing these strategies consistently, with the goal of handling emotions more effectively and behaving in more responsible and healthy ways. I focus on life pattern changes with respect to relationships, depression, anxiety, anger control, impulse control, and stress management.
