My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can heal, regain control, and start living the full life you were meant to live. With a background as both a pastor and therapist, I bring a compassionate, understanding approach to therapy. I use evidence based, personalized strategies to help you overcome the issues you’re facing.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. The amount of information disclosed will be at your pace, and I will never force you to share more than you are ready to share.

I love working with clients of all ages who are struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, or unresolved childhood trauma. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers.
