New to Grow
I am a Clinical Social Worker dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space where individuals, military members, veterans, and their families can explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship stress, and emotional overwhelm. My goal is to help clients gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with their sense of purpose so they can experience greater balance, confidence, and fulfillment in their daily lives. I am licensed in Alaska, Alabama, Mississippi, Montana, and Washington.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Stating therapy can feel like a big step- it's completely normal to feel nervous or unsure. The first session is mainly about getting to know you and making sure you feel comfortable. You'll have space to share your concerns, current challenges, and what you are hoping might change or improve. This may include questions about your mental health, relationships, work, family, medical background, and any important life experiences- you can share at your pace.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
What stands out about my therapeutic approach is the balance of compassion, clarity I bring to the work. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy- I tailor each session to meet you where you are, integrating evidence based practices with a deep respect for you story, values, and pace. I work especially well with individuals, military members, and families who are used to carrying a lot internally. My approach focuses on help clients understand patterns, build emotional resilience, and develop practical tools they can use in everyday life-not just insight, but real change.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
i work with individuals ages 17+, military members, veterans, and families who are used to being strong for everyone else- yet quietly carrying stress, anxiety, relationship strain, or emotional exhaustion. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, navigating transitions, or trying to hold it all together while longing for more peace and connection. My clients often share a deep sense of responsibility, a desire to grow, and a willingness to do the hard work of healing. Whether you're facing the pressures of military life, family challenges, burnout, or unresolved experiences from the past, therapy can be a place where you don't have to carry it alone. Together, we focus on building insight strengthening coping skills, improving communication, and help you reconnect with your values so you can feel more grounded, confident, and present- at home, in relationships, and within yourself.
