Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Georgia. I also am licensed in the states of Alabama, Florida, and South Carolina. I help individuals struggling with stress, family dynamics, and life transitions become the best versions of themselves. I also provide couples counseling to those who are struggling with communication, trust, and intimacy. Many people enjoy coming to me to address spirituality and faith matters.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into background information about you and your reasons for desiring therapy. Next, we discuss your personal strengths, and what has been working for you. Finally, we will wrap up with your specific goals for therapy. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with individuals who strongly desire to improve, I use evidence-based interventions to (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I love working with clients who are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality.

Faith's initial introduction was warm and welcoming. Her background in mental health established credibility and created a comfortable, supportive environment for our conversation. Faith demonstrated excellent listening skills, was attentive, engaged, and genuinely interested in my story. Faith allowed me to speak without interruption.
