As the wife of a physician and someone who has worked closely with RNs, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, I understand firsthand how compassion fatigue, emotional exhaustion, and constant pressure can take a toll. I’m especially passionate about helping healthcare providers heal from compassion fatigue. While I have, and do work with a myriad of folks and needs, I specialize workplace burnout, with a strong focus on helping healthcare professionals heal from compassion fatigue.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, I want to learn more about you and the characters that play a role in your story. This information will be used to collaborate on treatment goals. I am a laid-back therapist. It’s not unusual for me to wear jeans or sandals at the office.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I integrate evidence-based approaches, including CBT, trauma-informed care, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I also hold a Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) credential.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m a licensed therapist and the founder of Happier Chapters Counseling, LLC. I work with adults navigating workplace burnout and chronic stress using a casual, direct, and non-judgmental approach. My work focuses on helping clients understand the root causes of burnout, rebuild motivation, and develop tools to manage stress without compromising performance or well-being. My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

The therapeutic approaches I use are tailored to my client's specific needs. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice as it offers tools and has shown to be effective for folks looking to explore specific coping skills.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

While I do not work with couples or families, I do have specialized training in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT).
