Our first session will focus on getting to know one another. I invite you to share your story and discuss your goals for yourself and for therapy. If you are uncertain about your goals, we will work collaboratively to identify a meaningful direction for our sessions. From there, we will develop a plan together to help you achieve those goals. My priority is to create a space where you feel safe, comfortable, and supported in sharing openly and authentically.
