New to Grow
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with eight years of experience helping clients access their ability to find solutions to the issues they confront. I am approachable and provide a friendly atmosphere that allows clients to feel at ease when sharing their problematic issues. I have worked with clients with varied problems and have successfully helped them rewire how they view and work on resolving and finding solutions to their problems. If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer work for you, I am here to assist you. You do not have to face your difficulties alone. I specialize in working with adults 20 to 70 who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices. Together, we'll discover how you feel when you are seen, supported, and empowered to move forward with life. Using a blend of Cognitive behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Person-centered techniques, I will tailor the session to meet the specific needs of you, the client. Whether you want to rebuild your self-worth or simply feel more grounded daily. I am here to help you regain control.
In my therapy sessions, there is no judgment. I will simply meet you where you are and help you get to the place you want to be. I will reintroduce myself by telling you more about me, and I will share some of my experiences, and then I will ask about what brings you to therapy. I will ask you about what you want to achieve and how dedicated you are to putting in the work to get there.
My ability to make you feel comfortable and create an atmosphere where your time belongs to you.
My dream client is anyone who presents to therapy with a willingness to challenge their own views and make adjustments as needed to find solutions to life's problems. I best serve an open-minded client as long as the client is honest about his/her reason for seeking therapy and believes in themselves.
