I am licensed counselor, certified health and wellness coach and mental health first aid instructor. I primarily work with adolescents and established adults. The approach I take to counseling is to meet people where they are in their journey to then walk with them down the path of achieving their goals. I have experience in using play therapy techniques and working with families to navigate the challenges they are faced with in life. Through using talk therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy I have helped many people to become confident in their abilities and life roles to become proactive in the obstacles they face.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

My first session involves me learning a lot about you as a person, asking questions, learning about your concerns, and setting therapeutic goals together that are aligned to improving that overall wellbeing and functioning. There is no right or wrong with what is shared as it all plays a role to some extent in the therapeutic process.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out about my therapeutic approach is my ability to balance warmth, structure, and insight. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely seen and understood, while also offering practical tools and gentle challenges that support real change. I integrate evidence-based practices with a relational, person-centered approach, helping clients build emotional awareness, regulate stress, and understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Clients often report feeling more grounded, self-aware, and empowered to make decisions aligned with their values.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve adolescents and adults who are navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, depression, and questions around identity or purpose. Many of the clients I work with appear “high-functioning” on the outside but feel stuck, disconnected, or exhausted internally. They may be struggling with self-doubt, people-pleasing, burnout, or difficulty regulating emotions during periods of change. I work especially well with individuals who want a supportive, collaborative therapeutic space to slow down, better understand themselves, and build practical coping skills while also exploring deeper patterns and values. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and insight-oriented, helping clients feel safe enough to be honest while also supported in making meaningful, sustainable changes.

My treatment methods

Child Parent Psychotherapy

As an experienced working with adolescents this is a common modality used in my practice.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In most of my interactions with clients this is one of the most commonly used treatment methods for myself.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

In my experience using this modality with many of clients helps support them in emotion regulation while also on the path of self-discovery.
