Hi, I’m Nitika, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping teens, adults, and families navigate life’s messy, beautiful moments. I believe healing happens in safe, soulful spaces where you can be fully seen, heard, and never judged. I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, wrapped in compassion and a touch of humor, to support healing and growth. Our first session is all about getting to know each other and laying the foundation for a supportive therapeutic relationship. You can expect a welcoming space where you can speak freely and feel heard without judgment., an overview of the therapy process, including confidentiality, session structure, and what you can expect moving forward, a chance to share your story and what brings you to therapy, what challenges you're facing, and what goals or changes you're hoping to achieve. You should also expect questions to help me understand your background, current concerns, and any relevant history that may inform our work together. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance. Just come as you are. My goal is to make you feel safe, supported, and empowered to begin your journey toward healing and growth.
