I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping adults navigate life’s challenges in a supportive and nonjudgmental space. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy is a place where clients can feel heard, gain clarity, and develop tools to manage stress, improve relationships, and feel more confident in themselves. I enjoy working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, low self-esteem, and difficulty setting boundaries. In sessions, I focus on helping clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and take small, meaningful steps toward positive change. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, supported, and equipped with coping skills they can use in their everyday lives.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we will take time to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. I will ask questions about your current concerns, background, goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what feels important, and begin identifying areas where you would like support. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being open at your own pace. Together, we will begin exploring your needs and discuss a plan for moving forward in a way that feels realistic and helpful for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths are my ability to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. I am compassionate, patient, and practical in my approach. I enjoy helping clients break down overwhelming situations into manageable steps while supporting them in building confidence, emotional awareness, and healthier coping skills. I also bring strong communication skills, active listening, and a collaborative style to my work. I focus on meeting clients where they are, helping them identify patterns, explore their emotions, and develop realistic tools they can use in their daily lives.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve adult women who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and difficulty setting healthy boundaries. I enjoy working with clients who may feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, unsure of themselves, or stuck in patterns that are no longer serving them. Many of the clients I work well with are seeking support with improving communication, building self-confidence, managing emotions, processing relationship concerns, and creating healthier coping skills. My ideal client is open to self-reflection and willing to take small, meaningful steps toward change. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, identify patterns, and work toward feeling more balanced, empowered, and in control of their lives.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is one of the treatment methods I use to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In my practice, I use CBT to assist clients with identifying unhelpful thought patterns, exploring how those thoughts impact their mood and decision-making, and developing healthier coping strategies. I often support clients in challenging negative self-talk, improving problem-solving skills, setting realistic goals, and practicing new behaviors outside of sessions. My approach is collaborative and supportive. I work with clients to break down overwhelming concerns into manageable steps, while helping them build insight, confidence, and practical tools they can use in everyday life. CBT can be especially helpful for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and difficulties with boundaries or self-esteem.
