Hello. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counsellor (LCPC) in Illinois. I received my Doctorate degree in Clinical Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I received my Master's of Science degree in Community Counseling from National Louis University.
I am a compassionate and skilled psychologist with specialized experience in Depression, Anxiety, Substance Abuse, and Crisis Management.
I have over 2o years of experience in the field and enjoy providing client centered care to individuals of all ages.
First session
In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions and sharing history and background about your current life stressors. We will use this information to collaborate and create an individualized treatment plan for subsequent sessions in order to help you work to attain your therapeutic goals.

I have over 15 years of experience in utilizing CBT with children and adults, as well as special populations including individuals with serious and chronic mental illness, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, trauma, and persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I have over 10 years of experience in utilizing ACT with adults and members of special populations including individuals with serious and chronic mental illness, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, trauma, and persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
Motivational Interviewing
I have over 15 years of experience in utilizing MI with individuals with substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and trauma.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I have over 15 years of experience in utilizing Person-centered therapy with children and adults, as well as special populations including individuals with serious and chronic mental illness, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, trauma, and persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
Forensic Psychology
I have over 15 years of experience in utilizing Eclectic therapy approaches with children and adults, as well as special populations including individuals with serious and chronic mental illness, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, trauma, and persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
