Hello ! I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering therapy services in Connecticut. I obtained my Master's Social Work from the University of Connecticut and have been practicing for over 16 years. I have experience with working in hospital, outpatient and school based settings. My experience includes children, adolescents, young adults, older adults and families who have experienced a variety of life experiences- anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, life/school adjustments, traumas.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will work on brief introductions and discuss reason for attending therapy, then discuss specific challenges you are facing. We will discuss the intensity of challenges and focus on the ones you want to work on first. This will allow us to create a plan together to work on specific challenges that are interfering with your daily living.

My greatest strength as a therapist and ment withal health advocate is to help you share your story, create positive and long lasting change in your life. My hope is that you can improve your daily functioning.

Trauma Informed Care

I have experience in working in hospital and outpatient settings with adults, adolescents and children with a variety of diagnosis from ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Parent-Child conflict, Witness to violence, exposure to community violence, grief and loss and traumas. I provide a non-judgmental environment that allows individuals to share their experience and perspective on life experiences. I provide psycho-education to individuals to understand symptoms and behaviors that can impact the individuals daily living.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I have experience working in outpatient and school based settings with adolescents, children and families on setting goals to manage daily living experiences that are impacted by a variety of diagnosis- Anxiety, Depression, Parent-Child conflict, Peer Conflict.
