Hello, and welcome! I’m Ana Blondet, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges. I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, meeting you where you are while helping you build the tools and confidence to move forward. In addition to providing therapy, I have spent more than a decade working as a school social worker, supporting elementary-aged children, many of whom receive special education services through an Individualized Education Program (IEP). As a bilingual therapist, I provide services in both English and Spanish and strive to create a culturally responsive and welcoming environment for every client. “Between stimulus and response, there is a space; within that space lies your power and freedom…” Here’s the thing; we’re all basically the same- but then again, not. Our reactions (to unexpected events, comments, public scrutiny) can vary, depending on our nature, personality, character and whether or not we’ve had breakfast. While the last part was just to get your attention, I’m committed to understanding what makes YOU “tick” and why you respond the way you do. That, in and of itself may be fascinating, but my true intention is to get you back on track, help you find your footing and become laser-focused & confident, regardless of your circumstances! A bit about me: A native New Yorker, I acquired my MSW following a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from CCNY. Essentially, I view myself as a scientist and life coach, a motivator who recognizes that we’re ALL unique individuals, but do share many of the same thoughts & feelings. Most of us have struggled with anxiety, uncertainty and self-doubt; yet we’ve also experienced feeling confident, grounded and secure at one time or another. Then something happened and our self-esteem took a hit; there were setbacks. Bear in mind, our backgrounds and early childhood experiences, our genetic predispositions all serve to shape our personalities and the essence of our being. To that end, as a clinician, I strive to guide individuals to examine their beliefs- in order to gain insight into their potentially self-destructive behavior- or whatever is getting in the way of their progress. Together, we’ll explore what’s influenced your self-concept and self-esteem. The saying that always resonated with me, “If you think you can, or you think you can’t- you’re right…” Life can feel overwhelming & insurmountable, but with the right tools, the sky’s the limit- whatever you’re facing!

I provide a therapeutic space where clients feel deeply heard, understood, and supported — while also being gently challenged to grow. I work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, identity struggles, life transitions, and recurring emotional or relational patterns that keep them feeling stuck. My approach goes beyond surface-level conversations. Together, we explore the deeper emotional dynamics behind behaviors, relationship patterns, fears, and internal conflicts while also building practical tools for lasting change. Clients often describe my style as warm, emotionally attuned, insightful, and direct in a compassionate way. I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to be honest with themselves while also developing the clarity and confidence needed to move forward differently. I have extensive experience working with diverse populations in both English and Spanish, and I strive to create a culturally sensitive environment where clients feel genuinely understood. In addition to therapy services, I also offer immigration-related psychological evaluations and clinically appropriate Emotional Support Animal (ESA) assessments and letters as separate private-pay services outside of insurance coverage. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, anxious, or trapped in repeating cycles — and leave with stronger self-awareness, healthier boundaries, and a renewed sense of direction.

I’m Osvaldo Santiago, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut, with over 10 years of experience supporting adults on their path toward greater clarity, healing, and self-acceptance. My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely seen, safe, and empowered, especially if you’ve felt overlooked, misunderstood, or disconnected in other parts of your life. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. I bring a calm, nonjudgmental presence to the therapy room, and I meet you where you are- whether you’re navigating anxiety, cultural identity stress, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, life transitions, or past trauma. In sessions, I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. These approaches offer structure and flexibility, helping us identify what’s getting in the way and build tools to support your growth and well-being. That said, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model, I stay adaptable and responsive to what you need most in the moment. Outside of therapy, I value the same things I support my clients in cultivating: meaningful relationships, mindfulness, resilience, and space to breathe. I honor your courageousness in embarking on your road to recovery, awareness, and growth. We can assess where you are and where to begin; this journey is led by you. I am here to meet you where you are and as you are. I approach life with the understanding that pain is a natural part of the human experience, yet how we interpret and handle that pain can be a choice. My goal is to assist you in developing strategies to navigate life's challenges more effectively. I use person centered and mindfulness based therapy that increases self awareness. Through cognitive based therapy, you can challenge barriers that prevent you from reaching your goals.
