In our first session, I will provide a comfortable environment, along with brief introductions to get to know each other, general questions to get to know you and exploring your current needs. During the first session, I will also provide psychoeducation on my approach with the goal to develop an authentic connection with you.

We will explore relaxation techniques, strategies to increase self-confidence and grounding techniques that will effectively assist you in regulating overall emotions.
