Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Establishing Safety & Choice We move slowly and collaboratively You choose what you share—nothing is forced We talk about what helps you feel safe (and what doesn’t) You’re encouraged to ask questions at any time Safety comes before insight.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am a bilingual psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience. I provide a holistic and innovative approach to therapy. I create a specific plan for your needs. I use meditation, visualization techniques and muscle relaxation to increase your vitality and improve your moods and outlook.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who is high-functioning on the outside, but internally exhausted. You may say things like: “I’m always anxious, even when things are going well.” “I shut down or disconnect when things get hard.” “I know why I feel this way, but my body won’t cooperate.” “I’m tired of surviving—I want to feel safe and connected.” If you are ready for prioritizing yourself and feeling inspired towards self care.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT helps you notice how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we gently explore patterns that may be increasing stress or anxiety and practice new ways of responding that feel more supportive and realistic. CBT is practical, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel more grounded in daily life.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT focuses on building skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and healthy communication. It’s especially helpful when emotions feel intense or overwhelming. DBT teaches how to hold two things at once — accepting yourself as you are while also learning tools to cope more effectively during difficult moments.

Polyvagal Therapy

Increasing felt safety (in the body, not just the mind) ✨ Improving nervous system flexibility (moving out of survival states more easily) ✨ Building self-regulation and co-regulation skills ✨ Reducing shame by reframing symptoms as adaptive responses

Trauma Informed Care

Nervous-system regulation and emotional safety, so therapy feels grounding rather than overwhelming Healing attachment wounds and intergenerational patterns with care, pacing, and respect for your story Support through life transitions, including burnout, caregiving, relationship changes, and identity shifts Relief from anxiety shaped by long-term stress, not just short-term coping strategies A collaborative, non-shaming therapeutic relationship where you don’t have to perform, explain, or be “fixed”

Eclectic

A catered clinical Intervention based on goals and the mind and body connection. Implementing a holistic multi intervention approach to achieve accelarated healing.
