Maria has made me feel very comfortable with opening up about my struggles. I feel safe and free to be myself. I’m growing and embracing my sobriety and learning a lot about myself. I’m finding new ways to manage my anxiety and continue to try to be present and live in the now instead of focusing on the bad things that have happened. I embrace positivity and try my best to keep an open mind and refrain from my negative thought patterns. 

She heard me out on my concerns for an ADHD evaluation, which is something I really wanted for months now, and I feel like I am finally making progress.

When I read her bio, I felt like "yeah, she would probably 'get' me", and she has. She makes me feel seen, important, valued, heard. She speaks to me like I matter and in a way I can really connect with. I appreciate the honesty and authenticity she brings to every session. She makes me feel not alone. She sees me as a person, an individual, a spirit. Time spent with Maria is uplifting and insightful, allowing me always to strive for that inner peace and self-love. 

First time in 2 decades i felt hope and it was only one meeting

Felt uncomfortable as soon as I met this provider. Workspace dark, and didn’t seem very welcoming. Felt uncomfortable and ended session immediately

She listens..... actually hears you. Remembers what my story is & makes me feel important and empowered. Recommend to anyone needing help and guidance for sure. Get your tool box ready!!😃😃

her approach was very soft and kind. I need to feel like I’m talking to someone who can understand my pov and maybe struggles I might have. And she did exactly that, no judgement just straight with hearing me and already getting me the help I feel I need! 

If you want actual help then see her. If you’re looking for someone to co-sign your BS. She won’t.

I will be honest, at first, I thought hmm I really don't think I am going to vibe well with her. But honestly, I realized she is EXACTLY what everyone needs in a therapist. Direct, honest, and give a thorough explanation into her insights about treatment that will help you most. Highly recommend. Sometimes the uncomfortable is better, just saying.
