I help teenagers and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned creating a safe space.
My style is warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned. I create a space where you can speak freely without judgment and begin to understand yourself in a deeper, more compassionate.
One of my greatest strengths is creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I integrate evidence-based methods, such as CBT and ACT, with a trauma informed approach to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Every session is tailored to the individual meeting them where they are while guiding them toward where they want to be. I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), focusing on how life experiences influence the way you think, feel, and respond to challenges. I work to create a safe, supportive environment where we can gently explore difficult emotions, build coping tools, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to help you feel more confident, grounded, and in control of your daily life.
I have experience using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients navigate a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. In my practice, I use ACT to guide clients in developing psychological flexibility learning how to accept difficult thoughts and emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them, while also identifying and committing to actions that align with their personal values.
