About me

You’ve been holding it all together but inside, you’re exhausted. Maybe anxiety keeps you on edge, low self-esteem weighs you down, or unresolved trauma lingers in the background. Perhaps you’re struggling with constant mental juggling leaves you feeling scattered or drained. Your relationships might feel strained, or you may be stuck in a cycle of self-doubt, stress, or grief. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and Connecticut; I'm a Certified School Counselor in NJ and a National Certified Counselor. I help teenagers and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned creating a safe space.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

My style is warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned. I create a space where you can speak freely without judgment and begin to understand yourself in a deeper, more compassionate.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths is creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I integrate evidence-based methods, such as CBT and ACT, with a trauma informed approach to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Every session is tailored to the individual meeting them where they are while guiding them toward where they want to be. Clients often share that our work together leaves them feeling more empowered, grounded, and hopeful about the future.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), focusing on how life experiences influence the way you think, feel, and respond to challenges. I work to create a safe, supportive environment where we can gently explore difficult emotions, build coping tools, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to help you feel more confident, grounded, and in control of your daily life.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I have experience using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients navigate a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. In my practice, I use ACT to guide clients in developing psychological flexibility learning how to accept difficult thoughts and emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them, while also identifying and committing to actions that align with their personal values.
