New to Grow
You’ve been holding it all together but inside, you’re exhausted. Maybe anxiety keeps you on edge, low self-esteem weighs you down, or unresolved trauma lingers in the background. Perhaps you’re struggling with ADHD and the constant mental juggling leaves you feeling scattered or drained. Your relationships might feel strained, or you may be stuck in a cycle of self-doubt, stress, or grief. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and Connecticut, and I help individuals navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned creating a safe space where you can speak freely, explore your experiences, and better understand yourself.
My style is warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned. I create a space where you can speak freely without judgment and begin to understand yourself in a deeper, more compassionate.
One of my greatest strengths is creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I integrate evidence-based methods, such as CBT and ACT, with a trauma informed approach to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Every session is tailored to the individual meeting them where they are while guiding them toward where they want to be. Clients often share that our work together leaves them feeling more empowered, grounded, and hopeful about the future.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through a trauma-informed lens, which means I focus on helping clients understand how their thoughts and behaviors are shaped by past experience especially trauma while creating a safe, supportive space. We work together to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, build coping skills, and gently process difficult emotions at a pace that feels right for them. My goal is to help clients regain a sense of control, safety, and confidence in their everyday lives.
I have experience using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients navigate a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions. In my practice, I use ACT to guide clients in developing psychological flexibility—learning how to accept difficult thoughts and emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them, while also identifying and committing to actions that align with their personal values.
