(she/her)
You’ve been holding it all together but inside, you’re exhausted. Maybe you’re overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by low self-esteem, or trying to make sense of unresolved trauma. Perhaps your relationships feel strained, or you’re stuck in a cycle of self-doubt, stress, or grief. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone. I’m here to help. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and Connecticut, I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also speak Spanish fluently and honor the unique experiences that come with navigating multiple cultures, identities, and roles.
My style is warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned. I create a space where you can speak freely without judgment and begin to understand yourself in a deeper, more compassionate.
One of my greatest strengths is creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and supported. I combine evidence based methods like CBT with a trauma informed approach to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and make meaningful changes. What stands out in my work is how I tailor each session to the individual meeting them where they are while helping them move toward where they want to be. Clients often share that they feel more empowered, grounded, and hopeful after working together
You deserve a space to be seen, heard, and supported. Let’s start this journey together. Scheduling is easy through my secure online portal. Reach out today because your healing matters.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through a trauma-informed lens, which means I focus on helping clients understand how their thoughts and behaviors are shaped by past experience especially trauma while creating a safe, supportive space. We work together to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, build coping skills, and gently process difficult emotions at a pace that feels right for them. My goal is to help clients regain a sense of control, safety, and confidence in their everyday lives.
