You’ve been holding it all together on the outside, but inside you feel exhausted. Maybe anxiety keeps you on edge. Maybe low self-esteem weighs you down, or past trauma still lingers in the background. You might feel stuck in self-doubt, stress, grief, or relationship struggles. If you’re tired of carrying it all alone, you don’t have to anymore. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Connecticut. I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned. I believe therapy should feel like a safe and supportive space where you can show up as your full self without fear of judgment. Together, we will explore what’s weighing on you and identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck. We’ll build practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strength is creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly seen and understood. I balance empathy with gentle, thoughtful feedback to help you gain clarity, confidence, and meaningful change.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns and replace them with more balanced, realistic ones. My approach is supportive and practical, you’ll leave sessions with tools you can actually use in everyday life to manage anxiety, improve your mood, and feel more in control.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you stop fighting your thoughts and feelings and start responding to them in healthier ways. Instead of trying to “get rid” of anxiety or difficult emotions, we work on building acceptance, self-compassion, and psychological flexibility. Together, we’ll clarify what truly matters to you and take meaningful steps toward a life that feels aligned with your values even when challenges show up.
Motivational Interviewing
I use Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help you explore mixed feelings about change in a supportive, non-judgmental way. If part of you wants something to be different but another part feels stuck, we’ll gently work through that together. My role isn’t to pressure you, it’s to help you strengthen your own motivation, confidence, and commitment to making changes that feel meaningful and realistic for you.
