I am an LCSW providing compassionate, client centered therapy. I believe therapy should be a safe space, collaborative and empowering. I’m all about meeting clients where they are and honoring their stories to support their healing. I am here to guide you along your healing journey and provide you with tools to cope with your stressors and challenges. I am deeply committed to helping clients develop a kinder relationship with themselves.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session is our opportunity to slow down and get to know one another so we can begin building a foundation of safety and trust. There is no pressure to share everything at once, we will go at your own pace. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to achieve, a bit of your background, current stressors and any questions or concerns you may have.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a safe space that feels supportive and non judgmental. I balance empathy with practical support and prioritize client safety and empowerment.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My ideal clients are teens and young adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed despite doing their best to cope. If you struggle with anxiety, grief, depression, life transitions, this can be a great fit. I work well with clients who are insightful, open to self exploration and want a supportive and collaborative space.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Together, we will work on reframing negative thinking, building healthier responses and develop practical coping skills.
Compassion Focused
This approach focuses on reducing shame and self criticism by strengthening self compassion, emotional regulation and a sense of safety within the mind and body.
Trauma Informed Care
I prioritize safety, trust and collaboration in the therapeutic relationship. I recognize the impact of past experiences on emotional well-being and work at your pace.
Grief Therapy
I offer a compassionate, non judgmental space to process emotions, make meaning of the loss and navigate grief while supporting healing and adjustment.
Strength-Based
We will focus on your abilities, resilience and inner resources in order to build confidence and capacity for growth.
