Are you struggling with not feeling grounded in life and unsure which direction to take? Do you often feel depressed or anxious and need insight as to how to manage these symptoms? Have you suffered a traumatic event in life and are finding it difficult to overcome trauma memories or residual stress that has resulted from this trauma? I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have worked in the mental health field for over 16 years. I have extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, and children who suffer from a wide array of mental health issues, such as PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and other psychosocial issues that impact overall functioning. I believe in using a person-centered approach, and I utilize a wide array of evidence-based interventions to assist in improving my client's overall functioning and happiness, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, TF-CBT, and Solution Focused Therapy. I recognize that you are the experts of your own lives and I approach therapy as a partner to empower positive change.

I am open to working with clients with any social or emotional issue, but I have the most experience working with clients who have experienced trauma and/or struggle with depression and anxiety. I also have extensive knowledge in social/emotional issues related to infertility, maternal health, and adoption.
