I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping individuals become the best versions of themselves so they can live fulfilling and meaningful lives. I believe an essential component of therapy is providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where healing and personal growth can occur. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths and positive qualities, supporting the development of confidence and self-esteem. I have had the privilege of working with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My clinical experience includes addressing behavioral challenges in children, substance and alcohol use among adolescents, family and relational struggles, couples counseling, and individual therapy. I recognize that no two individuals are alike; therefore, I take a flexible, client-centered, and adaptive approach to treatment, tailoring interventions to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During your first session, we will focus on getting to know one another and creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, any concerns or challenges you’re currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. You are encouraged to share at your own pace—there is no pressure to disclose more than you’re ready to. I will ask questions to better understand your background, relationships, strengths, and past experiences, which helps guide treatment in a way that feels meaningful and personalized to you. Together, we will begin identifying goals for therapy and discuss how we can work collaboratively to support your growth and healing. You can also expect time to ask questions about the therapy process, my approach, confidentiality, and what future sessions may look like. My goal for the first session is to ensure you feel safe, respected, and confident about taking this important step toward positive change.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

Clients can expect empathy, compassion, and open-mindedness as we work together throughout treatment. While therapy can be a lot of work, and it does take time, the results are worth it

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out about my therapeutic approach is the safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment I create, allowing clients to feel comfortable being open and authentic. I take a strengths-based, client-centered approach that focuses on understanding each individual’s unique experiences, values, and goals. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, and I tailor my approach to meet clients where they are. I place strong emphasis on practical, solution-focused strategies that clients can apply in their everyday lives. This includes building effective communication skills, strengthening relationships, improving emotional awareness, and increasing confidence and self-esteem. I work collaboratively with clients to identify patterns that may be getting in the way of growth while also highlighting their existing strengths. Clients often report feeling more empowered, confident, and better equipped to manage challenges and life transitions. Many notice improved communication, greater clarity in decision-making, and a stronger sense of balance over time. My goal is to support meaningful, lasting change that helps clients thrive both personally and relationally.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to work with individuals, couples, and families who are motivated to better understand themselves and improve their relationships. I support clients who are experiencing communication challenges, relationship stress, life transitions, anxiety, low self-esteem, or difficulty setting boundaries. I also work well with those who feel stuck and are looking for practical tools to create meaningful change. I am a good fit for clients who value a collaborative, supportive, and strengths-based approach to therapy. Whether you are seeking to improve communication with a partner, navigate family dynamics, build confidence, or develop healthier coping strategies, I provide guidance that is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Clients who are open to self-reflection, skill-building, and active participation in the therapeutic process tend to benefit most from my approach. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, supported, and equipped to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and balance in their lives.
