I am a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and valued. I collaborate with each person to honor their unique experiences, strengths, and goals, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) tailored to individual needs. I work with children and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. Together, we will build on your strengths, foster resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

First session

During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask about your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals so we can develop a treatment plan that meets your needs. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what you’re hoping to gain from therapy, and determine whether we’re a good fit. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where you feel comfortable being yourself.

Strengths

empathy, authenticity, and a collaborative approach to every session.I strive to create a supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and experiences.I meet you where you are, listen with compassion, and use evidence\-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy \(CBT\), to help you develop practical coping skills, build resilience, and work toward your personal goals at a pace that feels right for you.

Ideal clients

ideal client is someone who is ready to invest in their personal growth and emotional well-being. I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and other challenges. Whether you’re feeling stuck or simply looking to build healthier coping skills, I provide a compassionate, collaborative space where we can work together to help you create meaningful and lasting change.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and build practical skills to manage challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique goals, empowering them to create meaningful and lasting change.
