Hi, I’m a licensed social worker who specializes in supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through life’s challenges. I believe in building a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, collaboration, and empowerment. Whether you’re navigating a specific concern or going through a major life transition, I’m here to help you build on your strengths and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore difficult emotions, identify patterns, and develop practical tools for growth. My goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you gain clarity, confidence, and resilience in moving forward.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session with me is all about getting to know you—your story, your goals, and what’s brought you to therapy. We’ll explore what’s working in your life, what feels challenging, and begin identifying what you hope to change. I’ll also answer any questions you have about the process and work collaboratively with you to set the direction for our work together. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and not judged—so you can speak freely and begin to build trust from day one.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What makes my approach unique is the way I integrate a range of therapeutic techniques while tailoring everything to your individual needs. I combine evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy with a trauma-informed, strength-based lens. This means we won’t just focus on what’s going wrong—we’ll also uncover and build upon what’s already strong within you. I emphasize empowerment, resilience, and skill-building so you can feel more in control of your emotions, relationships, and life decisions. My clients often share that they feel truly seen and supported in our work together, and that therapy becomes a space where real, meaningful growth happens.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with clients who are looking for support in managing issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and emotional regulation. Many of the people I support are children and adolescents learning to cope with complex family situations, life stressors, or mental health concerns. I also work closely with parents and caregivers who are seeking guidance and strategies to better support their children. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking to build new tools, I provide a space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to distress. Together, we work to develop healthier thinking and behavior patterns that support their goals. I’ve used CBT effectively with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma responses, and life transitions. Sessions are structured, collaborative, and focused on practical tools clients can apply outside of therapy

Family Therapy

In my work with families, I use family therapy to improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen relationships. I help each family member feel heard while guiding the family toward shared understanding and healthier dynamics. Whether addressing parenting challenges, life transitions, or relational stress, I support families in developing skills to navigate issues together with respect and compassion.

Trauma Informed Care

I incorporate trauma-informed care by creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered and respected. I recognize the widespread impact of trauma and tailor treatment to avoid re-traumatization, honor clients’ strengths, and promote healing at their own pace. My approach emphasizes collaboration, choice, and trust, whether I’m working with individuals, couples, or families impacted by trauma
