As a licensed marriage and family therapist, my commitment is to help my clients enhance their quality of life and make positive changes that will improve their overall wellbeing.

I have extensive experience providing counseling services to individuals of all ages, as well as couples and families.

My training in psychotherapy and family systems, combined with my license to diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders, enables me to provide effective therapy within the context of marriage, couples, and family systems. First session

In the first therapy session, we’ll start by discussing confidentiality and what to expect from therapy. I’ll ask about your background, current challenges, and goals, but you’re welcome to share only what feels comfortable. The session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin creating a safe, supportive space for your journey. There’s no pressure—this is just the first step in working together.

Strengths

My current focus is on working with clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues, self-esteem, grief, significant life changes, and other challenges or stressors that impact their lives.

I work well with individuals seeking support in managing emotions, improving communication, building self-confidence, and creating healthier relationships. Additionally, I help couples strengthen their connection by improving empathy, understanding, and conflict resolution. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and empowered in their journey toward mental and emotional well-being.

I utilize attachment-based therapy to explore clients' early relationships and attachment styles, helping them build secure connections and improve interpersonal dynamics in their current relationships.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

I apply emotionally focused therapy (EFT) in my practice by guiding clients to recognize and transform negative emotional patterns, strengthening their emotional bonds and fostering healthier, more secure relationships.

Positive Psychology

I incorporate the positive psychology approach by focusing on clients' strengths and fostering optimism, helping them cultivate a greater sense of well-being and resilience in the face of challenges.

Trauma Informed Care

I practice trauma-informed care by creating a safe, supportive environment that acknowledges the impact of trauma, empowering clients to build resilience and heal at their own pace.
