New clients continue care with this provider

Hi. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut. I received my Master's degree from Columbia University. I have over 20 years experience supporting adults working through life stresses to become their best selves. These stresses can include parenting, marriage, relationship challenges with others, depression, anxiety, career stresses, etc. I enjoy getting to know each client as an individual and utilizing evidence-based techniques to support your individualized goals.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we will start with introductions and identify the challenges for which you would like support. This will help us create a specific plan to address your individual needs in future sessions. We will work together every step of the way to ensure the best outcomes for you and that you are comfortable with your experience of therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am a compassionate person who brings all of myself to sessions to support clients. I believe that people best reflect on themselves in a safe space with an authentic other, and I bring that authenticity to each session. I also welcome feedback from you about our work together as we go along. You know you best and should help drive your treatment.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Adulting can be hard. I love helping adults who want to learn to cope better with life stresses related to parenting, marriage, caregiving, work, etc. I believe vulnerability can be a strength and work best with those who are ready to understand themselves and how they relate to the world better. I am open minded and compassionate, and look forward to getting to know each client for who they are.
