Hello! I am an LPC based in Oklahoma and received my degree from John Brown University. I love to work with clients who struggle with things that have happened to them in their lives, and who struggle with relationships, and how they feel about themselves. I dive into family history as I believe that has a great impact on a person. I want to help others become the best version of themselves. I also provide biblical counseling for those that are searching for faith-based. I believe that our family history shapes us but healing and freedom come by Yahweh.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we will have a brief introduction and then dive in to the top concerns you would like to focus on. This will help me develop a treatment plan tailored to you that will best suit your needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

With compassion and unbiased view, I can help you look at the root cause of your concerns and give you the tools to make desired changes.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with those who struggle with self image and self judgement, situations/events they cannot control, trauma, struggles in relationships, and those who struggle with emotional regulation. I also love to work with faith based clients to give biblical principles to apply to life.
