Hello, I'm Lacy and I am glad you are here. Are you looking for a medication provider who considers you as an individual? Listening, compassion, understanding, and clinical expertise are the cornerstones of my practice. It is a privilege to be part of someone’s mental health care and my promise to you is to make every effort to ensure you feel heard, supported, and actively engaged in your health care. I value getting to know you as an individual and tailoring a treatment plan specifically for you. Considering medication support can be an important part of your overall mental health treatment. It can also feel confusing, scary, and overwhelming. You have already taken an important step by reading this information. If you are ready to take the next step, I am here to help. I have over 12 years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, receiving my Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Drexel University. As a Licensed and Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I work with clients ages 18 and older. I offer support for a wide-range of psychiatric diagnoses including mood disorders such as Depression and Bipolar Disorder and anxiety disorders. I also offer medication support for ADHD for those who have existing, verified diagnostic testing indicating ADHD. If you do not having an existing ADHD diagnosis via psychological testing, I offer referrals to providers who offer this testing.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will include obtaining a thorough history regarding current and past symptom and treatment history. I make an effort to get to know YOU. If appropriate, medication options will be explained in detail. Follow-up appointments will include a review of your response to medications and adjustments as necessary. We will also spend time on other relevant factors for optimizing your treatment plan as needed such as reviewing sleep hygiene, self-care, and stress management techniques. I provide referrals to additional resources as needed. Please note the self-pay rate below reflects the cost for the initial evaluation. Self pay rates for follow-up appointments are $155.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

A large portion of our work is based on conversation and history taking to develop an appropriate treatment plan. Validated questionnaires may be used to obtain additional information about symptoms when needed. Medication treatment plans are developed based on the most current evidence-based practices. ADHD medication support is considered based on validated neuro-psychological/diagnostic testing from a licensed professional. Referrals to providers who offer this testing can be provided if needed.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Other specialty areas include working with people navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, or symptoms in the perinatal/postpartum period. I have additional training as a Perinatal Mental Health Certified Clinician (PMH-C) from Postpartum Support International. I also have additional certification in medication management of ADHD (ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider – ADHD-CCSP).

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Persons experiencing depression, anxiety (OCD, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder), mood disorders such as Bipolar Disorder, those navigating fertility or postpartum issues.
