I am an experienced outpatient psychotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience supporting individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, mood swings, and grief-related concerns. I work with adults who may feel sad, down, upset, anxious, irritated,overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from themselves or others, and who are seeking meaningful and lasting change. Loves the profession from day one being passionate towards it.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session is focused building therapeutic rapport. helping you feel comfortable, heard, and understood. There is no pressure to share everything at once. You decide what you want to talk about and how much you want to share.

Emphatic listening along with understanding the micro and macro issues and the short term objectives on consistent basis leads the change to achieve the goals. Evidence based practice Cognitive behavior therapy, Dialectical behavior therapy, along with the coping skills according to the clients strength and weakness used during the session.
