I am an experienced outpatient psychotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience supporting adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, mood swings, and grief. If you have been feeling sad, overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, irritated, or disconnected from yourself or others, you are not alone. Reaching out for support can feel difficult, but it is also a powerful first step toward meaningful change. From the very beginning of my career, I have felt a deep passion for this work. I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and focused on helping you better understand your emotions and patterns so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Together, we will identify what may be holding you back and build practical tools to help you manage life’s challenges more effectively. The first session is focused building therapeutic rapport. helping you feel comfortable, heard, and understood. There is no pressure to share everything at once. You decide what you want to talk about and how much you want to share.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT helps to identify cognitive distortions and thinking patterns and behaviors, then learn healthier ways to respond to life situations. It helps to understand thoughts affect our feelings. client eventually gain confidence to recognize, feelings affect your actions. By noticing and adjusting thoughts, one can feel better and respond more effectively
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
Distress Tolerance, Emotional regulation, and Mindfulness are the key interventions using in the treatment approach. It shows evidence based results in the practice
Grief Therapy
Focusing on 5 Stages of change DABDA Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance. Addressing the current stage of the client and accordingly moving forward. it showed the results towards accepting the situation at the end.
