Hi! I'm Alexis and I have been supporting individuals for over 4 years navigating transitions, emotional challenging and patterns that no longer serve them. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in helping individuals better understand themselves while building practical tools for change. I integrate CBT and a strength based perspective into sessions, adapting to the needs of the individual. I am committed to creating supportive and affirming spaces for participants to explore their experiences and toward meaningful growth.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is a space for us to begin getting to know each other at your pace. My goal is to understand what is bringing you to therapy, what's been weighing on you, and what you hope might feel different in your life. I tend to be reflective and curious in this process, gently asking questions to gain a fuller picture of your experiences, patterns and strengths. At the same time I believe therapy should never feel rushes, so if slowing down feels more supportive, we will do that. I am here to create a foundation of understanding, safety and collaboration.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach blends reflection and practical support. I am naturally curious and thoughtful, helping those I work with gain clarity on patterns while offering tools for real change. I strive to balance depth and structure, meeting individuals where they are and moving at a pace that feels supportive rather than overwhelming. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in the belief that you already carry strengths we can build from.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals who are insightful and reflective, yet feel caught in the cycle of of stress, over functioning, or emotional burnout. This may include adults and young adults navigating transitions- shifts in identity, career paths, relationships, independence or direction. Many of the folks I have worked with have spent years being strong for others and are now ready to better understand themselves, set healthier boundaries, and move through life with ease and intention.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help therapy participants identify unhelpful thought patterns that negatively impact their emotions and behaviors. I use a collaborate approach to build practical skills to help create meaningful life changes.

Strength-Based

I integrate a strength-based perspective, intentionally highlighting resilience, existing resources and lived wisdom. In using this approach I address areas of distress, encouraging therapy participants to build on what has already worked, while fostering self trust and empowerment.
