New to Grow
Greetings! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience working with adults. I show up to this work as a real person- warm, curious, and deeply interested in understanding who you are and what has shaped your experience. I aim to create a space that feels genuine and supportive, where you can explore what’s going on in your life without judgment. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward something that feels more clear, connected, and meaningful.
I want to get to know you, the human sitting in front of me, not just the concerns that brought you here. You’re welcome to ask questions, share curiosities or concerns, and use the time to get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to build a genuine, attuned connection with clients that allows for both safety and meaningful exploration. I am highly relational in my approach, which helps clients feel seen, understood, and supported as they begin to make sense of their experiences. I also bring a balance of insight and practicality to my work. I help clients identify patterns, deepen emotional awareness, and understand how their past and present experiences shape the way they move through the world. At the same time, I support clients in developing concrete ways to navigate challenges, so that growth is not only understood, but lived. With over a decade of experience, I have developed a steady, grounded presence that allows me to sit with complexity, emotion, and uncertainty without rushing the process. Clients often find that this creates the space needed for real, lasting change.
I work with adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected- whether from themselves, their relationships, or their sense of direction in life. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, stress, or life transitions, and want more than just quick solutions; they’re looking for deeper understanding and meaningful change. I’m especially well-suited for individuals who are thoughtful, self-aware, or curious about their patterns, even if they’re not sure how to shift them yet. My clients are often motivated for growth and open to exploring both practical tools and deeper emotional or relational dynamics. Together, we focus on building clarity, strengthening connection, and creating a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
Integrative
My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from multiple evidence-based modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. I incorporate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and relational approaches to support both practical change and deeper self-understanding. In my work, I help clients explore patterns, build emotional awareness, and clarify what matters most to them. Together, we develop strategies for navigating difficult thoughts and feelings while also creating meaningful change. My style is collaborative and adaptable, allowing space for both skill-building and insight-oriented work within a supportive therapeutic relationship.
