In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. We will focus on what you would like help with and things that you would like to see changes with. We will take things at your pace so you're completely comfortable.

I have a very down to earth approach, and am open and trustworthy. I've been doing this for about 15 years, and I still love helping people. I find it very rewarding to see positive changes in their lives and relationships. Let me partner with you so we can get you feeling better and happier with better healthy coping skills.

I like to show people how their thoughts can either de-rail them, or help them to feel better and less anxious and depressed.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

This type of therapy focuses on mindfulness techniques like breathing deeply when stressed or anxious, using calming statements to yourself, as well as doing meditation and or yoga.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

This type of therapy is usually short-term, and helps to identify small changes that you can make in a short amount of time. Even tiny tweaks in thoughts and behaviors can really pay off.
