As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families strengthen their relationships and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. I believe that healing and growth occur through connection, and I strive to create a safe and supportive space where every voice matters. My approach integrates Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 3 trained), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Family Systems Theory, along with evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness. Whether you’re navigating communication struggles, parenting challenges, or major life transitions, my goal is to empower you to build trust, deepen emotional bonds, and foster lasting harmony in your relationships. Together, we can turn challenges into opportunities for growth and transformation.

Dr. Thomas was very relatable. Easy to talk to. Listened and opened minded. Challenged us to think and understand. Very much recommend him. I was very nervous at first. Now I’m looking more forward to our next session. Thank you so much.
